I was caught off guard by how blunt the flame elemental ancestors were, but it wasn't as if there was anything that I could respond with.
They were the ones that insisted on doing this.
So in the end, all I could say was, "What can you expect from me?"
The two of them didn't say anything at first before suddenly one of them said with a sigh, "To make it up to you, let me tell you something about us elementals."
My brows couldn't help knitting when I heard this, but it didn't seem like anything was going to change the mind of this flame elemental ancestor.
So I wanted to see just what they were planning to tell me.
"It's very simple, we elementals were nothing more than weaklings that were stepped on by everyone else. However, we also didn't know any better since we didn't have any awareness of this."
This seemed like a very strange description of themselves, but it didn't seem like the ancestors were done.
