Everyone could understand the entry test as it's a standard procedure, no need for much explanation, but the problem is we think, young lady, you need to explain whose entry test is conducted like this.
Are you really having us interns directly build a warship?
Do you think too highly of us, or do you think too little of the craftsmanship of warships?
Is shipbuilding really this easy? Let alone most of us aren't even specializing in shipbuilding, even if we were, when first entering the field, we would start by screwing bolts, watching our seniors work and learning for years before we could get hands-on, right? How is this an entry test here?
