Although Ash had been increasing the crimes and other things she had been involved in once she had joined Cerberus, they were not nearly as bad as the many atrocities that the Enlightened Ones would be involved in.
One of the main parts that bothered Ash about the Kane family and the Enlightened Ones was how they picked their targets and how far they took things.
They had no care about the damage they could cause on a much larger scale, so long as it served their agenda.
They would much rather take actions that would cause as much chaos as possible and cause major losses to those who were a part of the current system that was made up within the country, rather than choosing to take a more direct approach.
Their actions would be successful toward weakening those who served below the Balancer Association and the Elder Council, but it would still not do much toward truly shaking the system itself and the power of those who were at the top.
