Chemical X continues to plague almost every corner of the earth. For once finally in weeks the savage sandstorms plaguing Janus finally take pity and break away the energy of the storm slowly allowing it to dissipate letting the winds finally calm down.
A young boy gets up, raising himself up from the sand covered concrete of a lone alley, disoriented and dehydrated, finally able to stand and breathe air free of debris and sand. His eyes crack open wearily as his skin sings in distressed agony akin to being in fire.
"What...what is happening to me…?" He asks himself, dazed and confused, his hand covering his left eye, the sensory information becoming too much to handle.
