Chapter 8 - Chapter 8

"Where we are?" Gabriel asked as he tried not to look at Stigma too much.

Not seeming particularly affected by it, he just replied with her usual mechanical tone [We are inside his soul, Master].

Confused, ask "My soul? Is this place my soul?"

It was hard to believe that this infinitely black place was his soul,

his perspective of a soul was on the side that defined it as the accumulation of one's consciousness and personality, so it was hard for someone like him to believe that this was real.

But it didn't take him more than an instant to accept it, not that he didn't have questions or doubts about it,

rather, he had a degree of adaptability and acceptance of unknown things higher than that of a normal person.

Obviously I wouldn't believe if person X told me, but considering that the person next to me is my Stigma, I could accept it to a certain extent.

But he still didn't answer that because he was here.

Knowing what he was going to ask, he answered directly [When a large amount of life force is absorbed by the Stigma in order to create a new Entity, his consciousness is moved to the core of his soul for safety]

[Master, you probably remember that you were here once]

"Was it when you believe Lobo?" ask, remembering the empty space with the two bright stars.

He hadn't thought about it at the time, but now he could understand that those stars were linked to his creations.

"My Creations are linked to those stars" I asked lightly even though I already knew the answer.

She nodded and said [Indeed, Master. The stars in her soul represent the currently created familiars] [It is because of those stars that she feels an unbreakable bond with them]

Looking up, she could see that there was a star for each of the entities that she currently had.

Looking up,

He frowned upon seeing three of them.

Two of them were dark, they were dull stars that did not emit a very strong presence.

The other one, unlike the previous two, was shining stronger and stronger, expanding at the same time that its brightness increased.

It didn't take her a moment to figure out which entities those stars belonged to.

[Wolf is on the right and Fox is on the left] I comment on Stigma.

"I know" I said, I could feel the link with them, so I knew instinctively who each star belonged to.

Sigh.

I have to reform the bodies of those two.

She thought when she saw the stars turned off and that they seemed to be able to disappear at any moment.

It was quite a depressing sight to behold when compared to the brilliant stars around it.

As he looked at both stars, he felt an unknown force pulling him somewhere.

"I guess it's time to go" I said as he endured the force of attraction.

[It was nice to see you in person, Master]

I just nodded before passing out.

Just like last time, he was sitting against a tree. Although the main difference is that now he was surrounded by all the entities that he had created.

"Don't worry, I'm fine" Gabriel said as he stroked her head.

A cat and a dog began to rub their heads on my legs, so I also patted them and the butterfly landed on his head as if showing dominance over him.

Seeing the action of the butterfly, I couldn't help but laugh while lovingly looking at his creations.

"I never liked calling them that way, so from now on, let's call them Family" I told them, I had been calling them in various ways not knowing exactly what role they played, but after seeing those dark stars, I wanted to stop just calling them. by creations, and start calling them by Familiar.

"I'll have to think of names for you in the future" I murmured as he smiled seeing how his relatives were playing around him.

***

Some time had passed since then.

Unfortunately for her, it was increasingly common to see new monsters.

Originally the most common were Goblins,

but now there were also other species of a similar degree but with greater intelligence and slightly more decent strength.

The first to appear were Kobolds, creatures of approximately the same height as a Goblin, their body is covered in scales and does not present hair of any kind,

their heads and tail bear slight resemblance to those of reptiles.

Standing apart from that were the Imps, which had very small humanoid features, with distinctive features such as a spiked tail, red skin, horns, and glowing eyes that were more like gemstones, coming in different hues.

In relation to their overall strength, they weren't much different from your average goblin. Their biggest difference was their own characteristics, being that the Imp could fly and the Kobold that had hunting and trap setting skills.

Although the Goblins were losing ground in numbers, variants of them also appeared,

being the Normal Wild Goblins and Elite Wild Goblins, although they were only one rank higher, the difficulty of hunting them was significantly higher.

Even some of their relatives were injured by them having to escape.

Ogres, Cyclops and Trolls also appeared, making everything more annoying than I expected.

"Things are getting more and more annoying" Gabriel muttered as he moved with his relatives to a safer area.

With the appearance of stronger species, we had to move every time a rare Monster appeared that could take out all of its familiars and itself in a matter of a few minutes.

He didn't know how his fellow humans were surviving the hordes of monsters, but he had no intention of helping them unless absolutely necessary.

After all, his only concern was his family and himself, everything else was irrelevant.

It was while he was thinking about that, that his butterfly called out to him through the link.

"What is happening?" Ask a little worried.

"A group of Kobolds?" I asked while frowning, from the information the Butterfly was passing me, it was a group of around twenty kobolds, so it was quite a large group.

This group of kobolds was heading in his direction,

so they would either have to change direction or fight them.

He thought about the pros and cons, in the end he made the decision to fight against them, so he ordered his relatives to prepare for battle.

Currently his group was made up of the Black Wolf, the Butterfly, a cat, a dog and a lion,

if we exclude the butterfly because of its null combat power it would be a battle of five against ten.

It also had to be considered that the Dog and Cat were not really great fighters, although their strength was greater than that of their earth counterpart,

it was still not enough to fight the large ground predators of the land.

The Kobolds weren't a force to be underestimated either, and if it were just us, I'd decide better to avoid them than fight them and risk losing any of my familiars.

"But now I didn't have to worry about it" I commented while looking to my side.

A humanoid figure with gray-green skin was standing next to her.

She had the body of a man of average height, with black hair and piercing red eyes.

He was the Wild Goblin reformed into an Elite HobGoblin,

With all abilities far more advanced than any normal wild Goblin.

He had also given him a skill called [Sword Mastery (Minor)], which increased his learning ability in sword techniques.

Being able to learn how to use a sword efficiently in a matter of hours.

Although his [Power] was not as high as Wolf's, who had a much stronger attack ability. His learning ability would help him grow much more than he could do himself.

But as always, there is something wrong with everything. Oh okay,

Depending on who you ask, it could be a good thing.

If a person saw her,

he could notice two large mounds protruding from his chest. Yes, as you can guess, the Elite HobGoblin was a woman, and more specifically, a very beautiful woman.

Her body was curvaceous and she had every muscle defined, her hips were wide and she had a firm butt that was really grabbing.

Her breasts were large and held firmly in place, with a pretty areola that only added to her attractiveness.

He wasn't sure how the beauty scale worked in Goblin society,

but he was pretty sure any man with more than two brain cells would be drooling over her and praying every day of his life if it meant he got to have a wild night with her.

Worst of all, they had no clothing of any kind, and she had refused to wear her clothes even when she had practically ordered him to.

That clearly meant that she was walking around completely naked, which made her unable to stop her gaze from drifting to the beautiful naked woman next to her.

God, if this went on for long she knew it would only be a matter of time before he lunged at her and made her his.

And he would if it weren't for the fact that he considered her more like a daughter to be created by him than as a possible lover.

I thought as he used all his willpower to keep his gaze straight ahead.

He just hoped that the rest of the trip wouldn't be a problem and that he could somehow find something to keep her from being naked or something to distract her mind for a while.

Just then she remembered that she had forgotten about the group of Kobolds that were coming towards her direction.

I suppose they will be a good way to clear your mind.

He concluded as he too prepared for the upcoming fight.
