Matilda bought a lot of groceries from the market.
After she entered the kitchen, she started making a late lunch. Soon, Lily joined her.
After the first three months of pregnancy passed, Lily magically stopped having morning sickness and became hungry all the time.
"Are we still going to eat dinner after we finish this meal?" Lily thought that the timing for this lunch was strange.
It was closer to dinner time but still slightly too early.
Matilda replied, "If you're hungry, I'll make you supper later. We have to make sure that those two babies are never hungry."
Lily hadn't started eating her lunch yet but was already looking forward to supper.
All of a sudden, Lily embraced her mother's arm. Matilda was so shocked that she dropped the vegetables in her hand to the ground.
"What's the matter?" Matilda asked. Then, she shook her head helplessly and continued choosing vegetables with a doting smile on her face.
