AYANS POV
The following morning when I woke up and began to get ready I realised my body was shaking. I guess it was obvious that I was nervous. None the less I tried to tell myself I would get through this. I would find out the truth and make my way back to the palace.
After we were done preparing and had breakfast, Teon and I got into the carriage. We would now be making our way to our final stop of the journey.

"Teon, how are feeling about the fact we'll be returning to the castle tomorrow," I asked him.
I saw him looking very intently at one of his mothers belongings that he was holding very tightly. I smiled at him. I was touched by how ever since yesterday he'd been more quiet than usual after receiving his mothers belongings. His quietness might seem like he's unhappy if you didn't know him well but I could tell he was absolutely beaming on the inside.
Smiling I then moved closer to him and brought my hands to his ears and covered them.
