As they arrived, Di Tou signaled for the Mountain to hide… but other than shrinking down to the size of a child, the Mountain's presence and aura weren't really all that diminished. Sure, they felt… more childlike and less oppressive, but that wasn't exactly hiding! An adult in plain sight and a child in plain sight were both in plain sight, even if one was a tad bit more inconspicuous.
Furrowing his brows, Di Tou signaled again, and the Mountain once again became a bit smaller, but once again, the crux of the issue didn't change.
Frowning, Di Tou lead the Mountain and the Sharp Gourd Master a bit further away from their destination before going over to the Mountain and asking, "What's going on? We need to hide for the upcoming part, that way we can go and see if you can even detect the maw, and study it for a bit before trying to land a killing blow. What games are you playing at?"
