Knowing Suga had deliberately avoided answering, Zion couldn't help but laugh. The sound made Suga glance back at him.
"Haha, what's so funny?"
"You, you're funny," Zion said. "Even when you don't say a word, I feel like I already know your answer."
"Sometimes I think you've got some kind of superpower to read minds … seriously, it's kinda scary."
Zion leaned his head against Suga's shoulder, not putting his full weight on him. His eyes drifted toward the television still playing commercials, then he closed them for a moment before letting out a quiet breath. He'd never expected that simply sitting with an omega and doing nothing, talking about the most mundane things— could feel this warm and pleasant. A faint smile touched his lips before he even realized it.
Taking Suga's hand, he began massaging his palm, working over each finger one by one, and Suga let him.
"How's your body? You haven't eaten, have you?"
