A celebration is occuring to this day in Red Phoenix Capital. This is the Rise Festival. The people write their wishes on a piece of paper and draw a phoenix before burning it at midnight. All foods that are served are spicy and red, symbolizing the Red Burning Phoenix. This celebration occurs every Sixth Years in the Crimson Empire.
