Little did they know, war was on its way to their doorstep.
AFO was on his way to collect the last quirk he desired. The one Quirk that he regretted giving away before. The quirk that started this entire thing, One For All. And according to the information that he managed to obtain, he knew who his target was. It was the protege of his nemesis and the son of the man he despised. Izuku Midoriya.
As AFO prepared himself to assault UA, he used one of the quirks that he had stolen to create a new suit. One that would make most of the weapons that Six had useless.
With Six, unknown to AFO, out of the picture currently, AFO was free to carve a path through anyone who stood in his way. Six, who was still unconscious and talking to himself, was out of commission for the foreseeable future. As AFO was tearing a path, Nezu was just informed about Six's condition. After informing his wives, they all rushed to his side. Leaving Nezu alone to plan for the confrontation with AFO.
While Six was unconscious, Izuku and Katsuki were being informed about what he was building by Disaster. While they were being told what he and Disaster were building, Veronica and Christine were fully briefed on what they had built. Needless to say, they were utterly terrified of how much they had built.
Izuku, being the most scared of the group, understood that there was next to nothing that could have stopped Six. As for Katsuki, he was being more analytical about how things were being said. He understood that while Disaster had helped, Six was the main driving force behind them. For Christine and Veronica, they were doubtful that they could have taken care of Six if things came to a head.
Disaster, after telling them what they needed to know, pulled out a tablet and started to direct the robo-scorpions to dismantle more of the weapons they had built. As he did that, Izuku, Katsuki, Veronica, and Christine began to discuss what they needed to do now. Izuku and Katsuki argued that they had every right to help, but Veronica argued that they had to evacuate until they knew what to do. As for Christine, she was trying to figure out whether to side with her lover or agree with Six's kids.
Little did they know, AFO was on his way to UA.

AFO smiled as he and his minions slowly gathered more and more followers. Those who wished for chaos, those who were scorned, or even those who were villainized came out from the woodwork to join his march. He just smiled as his plan seemed to come together. After all, he had a small army that was backing him, and they were all marching to his beat. With just a command, his army raided, dragged people out of their homes, and tore through any heroes that came at him. Unneeding to dirty his hands when all his minions did the work for him, AFO was truly being a Demon King.
As he and his army neared UA, a few were starting to get cold feet. However, all it took was a word from AFO, and they were thrown to the side, with their quirks stolen. AFO could feel that the quirks were slowly destroying his body, but he could tell that he still had time before the quirks destroyed his body.
A cruel smile adorned his face when he noticed that a quirk one of his minions brought was a simple but powerful one. Fusion: the joining of two or more things. He motioned for the wielder of the quirk to be brought to him. As soon as he took the quirk, he felt several quirks resonate within himself. With just a smile, he began to make himself into what he now realized he was always meant to be.

'I will no longer be a mere demon lord,' AFO thought as he started to fuse quirks, 'I WILL BE A DEMON GOD!'

Soon, the hundreds of quirks he had in his body became ten. Then ten became five. And those five were far beyond what a quirk could do or be. The first was simple: Strong Vitality, a quirk that increased one's vitality to absurd levels. The second was called Caloric Regeneration. Being able to regenerate at a rapid pace as long as the user had enough calories. The third was Hard Steel Shell, a quirk that made the user's skin as hard as steel. The Fourth and Fifth were called Hyper Control and Hyper Mind. Control made every little movement under the user's direct control. Hyper Mind allowed the user to process all of the new information with ease.
As AFO got used to his new body and quirks, his pride was growing. His pride, which was once shattered by AllMight, was now regained in its complete glory. He even went so far as to remove those whom he felt were hindering him. Vulpus, who was mind-controlled, was removed and his quirk taken.

'I will be the GOD of this world,' AFO chuckled as he took more and more. "I will be inevitable!"
