Damian's POV
I found myself getting unusually drawn to the girl, One feeling i don't condone but whenever I try to avoid her I find myself going back to her in every intimate way possible.
Kingston my PA ran my schedule once again whilst I prepared myself for my next meeting, I had been extremely busy today but that didn't stop me from thinking about Ariana. I wondered what she was up to but decided against doing anything about it. I left for my meeting and after it was done I was about leaving when Lucious my rival intercepted me.
"What's this about Lucious?"
"No need for pleasantries Damian, I heard about the little princess you rescued. When do you plan on introducing her to us, or you have better use for her in your bed?"
If I didn't know Lucious so well, I'd have thought he was trying to provoke me which is exactly what he's doing.
"Well seeing how interested you are in my woman, I want to assume that your whore is with child once again and that child isn't yours."
With that I walked out of the building to where my car is parked. I had a couple of meeting to attend and I attended all, I was exhausted by the time I got home but that didn't stop me from going straight to Ariana's room. All I wanted was to see her cause I needed her.
I didn't bother to knock on her door so I just walked in and was shocked to see her in nothing but just a towel wrapped around her chest. I scanned her body with my eyes and was extremely pleased with what I'm seeing. Then she spoke with her angelic voice making me shiver in delight. The things I want to do to that body..
"Is there anything you need now Mr Carter?"
"I can't seem to get you off my mind since that night, what exactly did you do to me cause I can't stop thinking about you."
Seeing how my words affected her, it made me even more disinterested in being hard on her. I just wanted to wrap those long legs around my waist and make her moan out my name but I was controlling myself so I don't scare her.
She remained quiet so I took it as my clue to slowly walk up to her and close the distance between us . She immediately dropped her head and I didn't hesitate to raise her chin so she was now staring deep in my eyes so I closed the little distance between us by crashing my mouth into hers.
I immediately felt an electric tingling sensation go through my body and I know she felt it too by how she deepened the kiss and ran her hand through my hair. I didn't want to pull away from her, she was all I needed right now, I wanted nothing more than to strip her off the towel and take her right there but I couldn't because she wasn't used to any form of intimacy so I needed to take things slowly:
She pulled away to catch her breath and I did same, I shamelessly pulled her back in and this time I hugged her like my life depended on it. I was surprised when she hugged me back but I wasn't about to waste this opportunity by acting like a fool so I blurted it out.
"Be mine Ariana."
"Wh..what?" She stammered.
"Be my woman."
"I'm nothing but a dejected girl who has no one. I don't have a reputation, I don't have a family, I don't have wealth, and I sure as hell am not suitable for someone like you. I can't…"
"I don't care about all that, I can give you all that. A reputation, wealth, a family. I am not after all that, I want to be with you Ariana. From the moment I set my eyes on you I haven't been able to get you off my mind. So Ariana Richardson, will you be mine?"
She suddenly zoned out and I knew that she was deeply thinking about it. She was scared of my world and I don't blame her for being scared, but I am ready to protect her with my life. I'll never let anyone hurt her and I'll destroy anyone who even thinks of touching her hair cause she's mine.
"I'm scared Damian."
"I know you are, and I promise I'll protect you. Just give me the chance to do that."
She sighed.
"Okay, I will."
I immediately pulled her into a passionate embrace and smiled. I haven't felt this emotion in a very long time, it was as if a switch in me had been turned on. I felt happiness and it sure is a great feeling.
"I'll ask Félix to move your things to my room, in other for me to watch over you and protect you, you'll have to stay in the same room as I. Don't worry I won't do anything you don't want me to. Unless you're willing and ready."
"Okay."
I kissed her one more time before leaving for my study room. I needed to make arrangements for her starting by creating a profile for her and then an account where I'll transfer some money to. Just so she doesn't have to always ask me for money whenever she wants to go shopping.
"Are you sure about all these?"
Kingston my assistant asked.
"Since when do you question my intelligence? Get that done before the end of today. I want it ready by tomorrow's evening."
