In the Godly Realm
"Those other gods really like to mess with us." Mera spoke.
Mira was currently enjoying a bath while Mera had gotten out and is now enjoying what looked like a glass of milk.
The duo were currently tired and using this time to relax. Unfortunately, some knocking came upon their small time to relax.
"I'll get it." Tiamat spoke to them from far away.
As the dragon opened the door to their Realm. The God who gave Rex the system came in. Right now, he was in trouble.
"Are Mira and Mera currently free?" He asked.
"No. They are in the bath. Is something the matter?" Tiamat replied in a curious tone.
"Very wrong. The Demon King of Annihilation not only rejected a system based Shadow Cloak but also got one of the Shadow Princesses under him." The God spoke.
Tiamat decided to look upon the Eighth Mortal Realm to see what the fuss was about. She saw the destruction and rebirth due to the trio fighting. She was shocked that each of them were this powerful.
"My, my if I was able to be apart of that harem." Tiamat started but got a death glare from the other God.
"Don't be such a party pooper. Right now, clear your mind and see what other opportunities lay in front of him. Of course, you did send him my way. That does not mean that you cannot always find hidden little gadgets to help someone.
What you did do though was make it where the power became his. Even though he hated the fact that the Shadow Cloak was a system related reward. That just means he has different priorities right now. It takes all of you to make sure that it goes smoothly." Tiamat told him.
The other God began to think of what Tiamat was thinking. Of course, he had made it where he could break the rules and have more Soul Mate but that was because those five women would have killed each other if not for that.
"You are right. Try to do better next time." The other God spoke.
The fight between the trio had just finished. Tiamat was pleased to be acquainted with the young hero who would smite the evil out of the gods who dared to become evil.
"His destiny after reaching the Godly Realm." Tiamat thought as she was once surrounded by nothing but evil. During those times, Tiamat was strong to fight against the evil but others not so much.
She remembered during that time she could not truly become what she needed to. She become what she needed to during those times.
While she thought of that, Mera and Mira came in from their bath. The floral smell was too strong from them. The other God seemed to be happy.
"Did you wash in that to remind me of the times when I walked through the worlds?" He asked.
"We got this from the Heavenly Realm there were too much and taking one or two bottles for our own is not that hard." Mira spoke.
The other God seemed to smile.
"Did you enjoy your time with Tiamat?" Mera asked.
"Very much so." He replied.
"Remember this from me, Rex has the power to reject the system. If he truly does, he will not be able to smite those evil beings that will invade through the Shadow People." He told them.
Their eyes were wide with shock but the other God seemed to disappear.
"He cannot disappear like that with a bomb shell dropped." Mira spoke.
"Oh, it seems you have enjoyed watching stuff from Rex's home world." Tiamat laughed.
"Don't laugh." Mira yelled.
"I found it funny as well." Mera began to laugh.
"Not you two." Mira began to run after the duo who darted off laughing.
"Stop running the two of you!" Mira roared.
As they ran across the domain of the gods, the others noticed that the trio seemed to be enjoying their day across the domain and this made their hearts glad even for just a single moment before turning their attention to a dark area.
If Rex could truly become the threat the gods needed would never get seen, but that does not mean they would not try to groom him.
