Tozawa Misumi is a very close friend of Asuna. They have been in the same school since their childhood. So, Misumi cares about Asuna a lot. Recently, she found out that something odd about Asuna. So she started to keep an eye on her without letting her know.
Since Rifat and Asuna weren't deliberately hiding their affairs, she quickly found out that Asuna has not only started dating Rifat but also had sex with him as well. After finding this out, she became slightly worried because after being friends with Rifat for such a long time, she already knew some of his traits.
One of those traits is his desire for a harem. Even though he never talked about it openly in front of her, she got some hints from him. And that's the reason, even though she did have some feelings for him when she first met him, she didn't let them grow at all.
Now, seeing one of her best friends having a sexual relationship with Rifat, she began to worry. At one point, she even had the idea of telling Asuna directly. But she held herself back because Rifat was her friend as well, and she didn't want to betray him like that.
So, the next best option for her was to talk to Rifat directly about this, and she did just that. In the afternoon of the next day, Rifat and Tozawa met each other in a remote place inside a cafe near their inn.
"So, what did you wanted to talk with me, Misumi?" Rifat asked.
Tozawa Misumi opened her mouth but then started hesitating whether to say the things she wanted to say. After all, even though both she and Rifat are friends, it's still quite awkward for her to talk about the topic that she wanted to talk with Rifat.
She knew if she said those words, she will be overstepping her boundaries. After all, even as a friend, she has no right to interfere with someone else's relationship. But even after knowing all that, she gathered her courage and decided to say it anyway.
"Sigh! Rifat, I know it might upset you a bit, but I must say it as a friend of both Asuna and you. For the past few days, I have seen that you and Asuna have started to grow closer, and I am pretty sure you both are already in a relationship."
"I congratulate both of you two to finally accept each other since I knew Asuna did have some feelings for you from a long time ago. She even often used to ask me how you might think of her as a woman while trying to hide her feeling about you from me." Misumi gave a chuckle as she thought of those scenarios.
"But after being friends with you for such a long time, I can guess that you are not a person who will be confined to just one woman. I know I might be overstepping my boundaries a little bit, but I hope you will let go of that idea in order to not break Asuna's heart," Misumi tried her very best to convince Rifat to let go of his polygamous nature.
While Misumi was confronting Rifat on this topic, his smile didn't falter for a bit, and he listened to her patiently without interrupting at all. In modern times, polygamy is a thing that is frowned upon, and so it is normal for someone to have a negative view about it.
"Thank you for telling me that. I know that you care about both of us; otherwise, you wouldn't have brought this topic to me first. But you don't have to worry about me breaking Asuna's heart because I do love her and she already knows about my intention of having multiple women. Only after acquiescing to that, we both started our relationship." Rifat decided to be very upfront about his answers since he doesn't think he has anything to hide as he wasn't doing some sinful thing.
He also assured Misumi that Asuna was very happy with their relationship and they had an very deep understanding between them.
Misumi on the other hand was surprised by Rifat's response. When confronting him, she believed that Rifat will either get defensive about it or flat out start to get angry with her. But things happened beyond her imagination, Rifat was not only was very open and honest about it but Asuna somehow accepted this weird situation as well.
It felt like her whole worldview has been flipped for a second.
"Did Asuna really accept you having multiple women?" Misumi asked with some doubt still remaining.
"If you don't believe my words, you can talk to Asuna yourself." Rifat replied in flat tone.
Hearing that reply, she knew what Rifat's claims might be really true. But just to be sure, after bidding farewell to Rifat, she asked Asuna about it directly.
After hearing Asuna's reply, she was fully convinced. Feeling there is no need for her to interfere with their relationship anymore, she apologized to both Asuna and Rifat for overstepping her boundaries and hoped that they would forgive her. Knowing that she didn't mean anything bad, Asuna and Rifat also didn't held her accountable and just forgave her and went back to being each other's friend.
As for whether Rifat will be able to add Tozawa Misumi into his harem or not, it depends on his efforts and Misumi's acceptance.

----A week later----
It has been a week since Rifat have created the guild. Today Rifat plans to distribute the positions fairly before start recruiting other members. Rifat obviously became the guild leader. He then created a special team named 'Boss killer squad' where the most of the high level players will go to. This includes Kirito, Shino Asada, Suguha Kirigaya, Tozawa Misumi, Konno Yuuki and other high level players that are talented in combat. There are total twenty members of this team for now and the size will increase in the future.
They will be the ones responsible for raiding special dungeon and killing the floor bosses. The guild will highly spend its resources on them to keep their level higher than other players. They will also get higher portions of the loot than other normal players that are in the guild.
Asuna was appointed as a treasurer of the guild since she has a lot of knowledge in finance. Argo on the other hand was appointed as a chief of information gathering department. Rifat also gave her the freedom to choose the members for the department.
Shinozaki Rika and Ayano Keiko were both appointed as co captain of an auxiliary team. All the people who chose non fighting professions such as Blacksmith will be be handled by Shinozaki Rika. And the players that have chosen battle related job but they are not good at it or they are more inclined to act as a helper rather than directly being in the front line, those players will be handled by Ayano Keiko.
As for Klein, he was given the position of the head of the Exploration Team. All the remaining players will be joining this team. Their responsibility is to explore the floors and find out the most rewarding missions and farming grounds. They are also assigned with the duty of protecting the farming grounds from taken over by other players of guild and make them exclusive just for Dawn.
The Exploration team will be biggest team in the guild in the future as all the remaining player that does not fit in the other categories will be joining this team.
After sorting out all of the positions, the only one that remained was Rosalia. Seeing her confused state, Rifat said to her, "You will remain as my secretary and help me with my works in the guild."
