Rifat executed two red guild players and Kibaou in front of the public the next day. Even though some discontent arose because of Rifat's harsh behavior, nobody voiced it out mostly because of fear.
As Rifat expected, after seeing his toughness, the red players guild became totally dormant. Those lackeys of Kibaou that were still planning to go against him quickly disintegrated and hid somewhere, fearing that Rifat might take revenge on them.
'The result seems to be good. But I would need to balance out the fear that people have for me. If they only have fear for me and not an ounce of respect, then it might cause a bigger problem in the future. So, for the next few months, one of my next course of action would be to increase the respect that normal players have for me. Only when both of them are balanced, I can create the strongest guild in SAO with loyal players supporting me.'
'I would also have to think of something to integrate all the females that I like in the harem without causing much animosity among them. Asuna is already in the harem. Suguha should be as well in a few months. Among the remaining females, Ayano Keiko will be the easiest to catch since she has a big crush on me. But I want to wait for a year or so before getting her into the harem.'
'Getting Shino Asada and Konno Yuuki wouldn't be a problem either. I used to spend a large amount of time in real life with Shino Asada to make her get out of the phobia that she had. So, she is now very much dependent on me. As long as I express my love for her, she would pretty much accept it without any resistance.'
'Konno Yuuki also got a lot of help from me in real life and she thinks of me as her close friend. So, there should be not much problem getting her into the harem as well.'
After an accident, Yuuki did a blood transfusion which made her affected with HIV. After this news was spread, all of her friends left her and she was forced to change her school as well.
When Rifat found her, he not only send her to the best hospital to get treatment, he treated her as a true friend without minding about her disease. So, she already has a lot of attachment to him.
'Only Shinozaki Rika and Tozawa Misumi are left. I haven't had much contact with Shinozaki Rika, so it is hard to tell how she feels about me but Tozawa Misumi is going to be a real problem.'
'From the conversation that I had with her, she seems really against me having multiple wives. Even if she has some feelings for me, it is going to be very hard for me to convince her to be with me without minding the other women that I will have.'
[A/N: Now that I think about it, the harem is getting quite big. So, I decided to mainly focus on Asuna, Suguha, and Asada. Others will still be in the harem but they will not be focused as much in the story.]
After Rifat sorted out his thoughts on the women that he would love to have in his harem, he focused his mind on something else.
'From the instruction that I gave to Kayaba, he should soon send Heathcliff into the game.'
This time Heathcliff will be an AI instead of it being Kayaba himself since he is already quite busy with the experiments overseas. The AI Heathcliff's main purpose would be to create a guild that would rival 'DAWN' and wait for the players to reach the last floor.
After the last floor is reached, he would then reveal his status as the behind the scene boss and force all the players that are on his guild to fight against other players as his minion.
Rifat already knew all of this. So, he is now thinking of a plan to counterattack it.
'I can't let many elite players join Heathcliff's guild. Otherwise, it will become a problem for me when fighting him on the last floor. Also, I would need to clear as much as floors as possible before he comes to SAO. After all, it would become difficult for me to monopolize the floor bosses after he comes.'
Rifat doesn't plan to reveal Heathcliff's identity as the last boss early since it would do him more bad than good. Since Rifat was not allowed to fully supervise Akihiko on how he should create this AI, under the system's interference, Heathcliff was programmed to let go of his disguise and fight the person who revealed that information as a level 100 floor boss.
So, in case, Rifat reveals that information, he would surely die in the game along with others that knows this information. Even though, he wouldn't really die in real life because of that, it would still make him lose the chance of completing one of the missions given by the system.
'For now, the main priority should be to gather all the elite players under my guild. This shouldn't that difficult considering our reputation. I should also take some action against those red players guild in order to decrease their number as much as possible in case Heathcliff decides to gather them under his banner when he comes.'
After Rifat came out of his thoughts, he called all the high level players of the guild and explained to them their next course of action.
"Now that our guild has no other competitors, I am planning to increase our efforts of clearing the floors. Besides the players that have already been assigned to other tasks, I hope everyone else would try their best to kill as much as floor monsters and find out where the boss room is."
"In order to encourage you guys to voluntarily participate in this, I have also prepared some rewards for you. The people who will able to give the information about the boss room to the guild first will be awarded with some lower level positions that are still vacant in the guild. The top 10 players who manages to kill most numbers of floor monsters will be directly pulled into the elite team and guild will pour all of its resources in order keep their level at the top."
"There will also be 5% discount on the guild resources for the next two months. So, even if you don't manage to get the top spots, I hope you will work hard to get as much as points as possible in order take advantage of this situation."
"Also, a reminder for you guys, if you can truly stand out from the crowd and show me your talent, I will not only give you some important position in the guild, I will also give you a high salary job in real life when we manage to get out of this death game."
As soon as this remark came out, everyone present there went into frenzy. After all, even if someone don't care about the illusory positions in a game, they would surely care about a high paying job in real life. So, everyone become very enthusiastic in competing for killing the floor monster and finding the boss room.
