Chapter 127: Otsutsuki
RAIKEN POV
After confirming that everything was proceeding according to his plans, Raiken finally allowed himself a moment of rest to plan for the current war that happening.
Previously, he thought he would win against Third Raikage but who knows, that man was even stronger than metal. Even with Rasen Shuriken it failed to even hurt him, he thought Raikage survived in the series because his body regenerate but now it shows how strong his Chakra Armor.
'Could it survive tailed beast bomb?' questioned Raiken internally.
He had no way to know whether Raikage capable of taking tailed beast bomb or not, the only way to know are by pushing Grandma Mito to fight him head on.
But Raikage wasn't big of deal, he had system and can upgrade himself by purchasing bloodline limit, chakra nature or even creating ninjutsu.
Looking at his surrounding, no one at his office so he decided to open the familiar interface of his livestreaming mall.
There is rows of items, techniques and abilities appeared before him, each one carrying immense value that people would kill for to get it.
Raiken eyes narrowed slightly, reading one by one each unique ability that he could buy.
He wanted to keep it more and try to unlock other reality power but the recent battle with the Third Raikage had left a deep impression on him.
'I almost died,' That single thought lingered on his mind.
It didn't matter that he had survived and it didn't matter that he had managed to save as many people as he can and keep Raikage busy.

Raiken clenched his fist. 'If I can't even defeat the Raikage… then what about the monsters above him?'
They are several monster that exist in Naruto, the first one of course Uchiha Madara then followed by Might Guy.
Compared to the current Kage power, although the Third Raikage was terrifying but he was still below Madara and Might Guy. Talk about Might Guy, he was even capable of surpassing Madara himself.

After double checking it, he confirmed the purchases.
Suddenly he felt a surge of power coursed through his body, his previous body already are strong body but now it become very strong, maybe 5 times stronger than his previous body.
Raiken exhaled slowly as he felt the changes.
'This is still not enough,' thought Raiken before decided to buy more items from livestream mall.
Right now they are few people dying from Uchiha Clan, so to help them in the war he need to help them awaken Mangekyou Sharingan.
Previously, with the combination of Uzumaki Clan member effort. They managed to create a fuinjutsu to awaken Sharingan to Two Tomoe stage.
After that it become stagnant and they failed to create a new powerful fuinjutsu to awaken Sharingan to three tomoe.
Now, with the system he crafting new Fuinjutsu to help Uchiha Clan awaken it directly to Mangekyou Sharingan.
Raiken began crafting a new technique with the system enhancement functions. A method designed not just to awaken the Sharingan but to evolve it directly to Mangekyou Sharingan.
"Look at this baby," muttered Raiken after confirming the purchase.
He read the scroll and amazed with how the system created a new fuinjutsu to help awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan. With this Fuinjutsu, it would negate the negative impact of the Uchiha Madness, even 10 years old child could have this mangekyou without turning insane like Madara.
Unfortunately, he forgot to put a command that he wanted Kamui instead of Amaterasu.
The current scroll are teaching Raiken how to awaken Sharingan to Mangekyou Sharingan using fuinjutsu, each person would have Amaterasu and fire control
Little did Raiken knows that his action, when he added many items in his cart and make purchase, the chakra energy measurement on earth are spiked up so high.
OTSUTSUKI PLANET
Far above the Earth, where the location is more than one hundred million light-years away.
Three figures floated silently in the vast emptiness of space looking at the direction earth.
Momoshiki, Kinshiki and Urashiki Ōtsutsuki were in the middle of selecting their next target planet when something unusual appeared on their readings.
A fluctuation that was so high just caught their radar.
Urashiki was the first to notice it. His eyes narrowed as he leaned closer to the glowing projection.
"…That's strange."
Normally, a world where a chakra fruit absorbed chakra would maintain a relatively stable energy level, around nine units of measurable chakra. Once it exceeded ten, the Ōtsutsuki assigned to oversee that world was required to report immediately.
That was the rule and that was how balance was maintained before harvest.
But now, the numbers began to spike.

For a brief moment, the reading surged violently, far beyond what should have been possible and just as quickly, itt dropped back down to 16.
Silence filled them, Urashiki eyes widened in disbelief. Even Kinshiki frowned slightly, sensing that something was wrong.
But one person reacted differently.
Momoshiki smiled.
"…Interesting."
His gaze remained fixed on the fluctuating readings, his expression calm yet filled with curiosity.
"If it weren't for that spike," he said slowly, "we might not have noticed that the chakra level has already reached a dangerous threshold."
Such a sudden surge… followed by a lack of any formal report
There was only one explanation.
"Kaguya… Isshiki" Momoshiki muttered softly.
Did the two of them had become traitor?
There was no other possibility.
If they had fulfilled their duty, the chakra level would have been reported long ago. The fact that it hadn't meant they was either hiding something or something had gone terribly wrong.
Either way, the situation could not be ignored.
Momoshiki turned his head slightly.
"How long before we can reach that planet?" he asked.
Kinshiki responded immediately. "Approximately two years, Momoshiki-sama."
Momoshiki narrowed his eyes.
"Too slow," commented Momoshiki. "Cancel the previous target, we will redirect our path to where the chakra become unstable. "
Momoshiki only took notice of earth after Naruto and Toneri finished the fight, they become interested after the chakra level on earth are more than 10. Now they noticed earth too early because of the chakra spike come from earth.
