All the emotions, all the actions, all the gestures were overwhelming Journee's senses. All she could think about was the kiss. God! How could that man instil so many feelings inside her? She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer. The heat emanating from his body was enclosing her in a cosy feeling. She had cried, she had wailed after seeing William and Kay hurt in her dream, but now she knew everyone was safe; she was safe. And Archer gave her that feeling. She was thankful to him.
