When Diamond got to the hotel, it was around 11 am, and by the time she left the hotel, it was around past twelve, noon. From the hotel, to the neighborhood where Madam Lim stays, she was stuck in the seat for two hours but she wasn't bored at all.
With all her thinking and Andrea's endless chattering, she was pretty much entertained. The secretary didn't talk much and kept a distance as she sat in the front.
As for her, she was holding her phone and using it as a cover while chatting with Andrea.
