His favorite when he was a kid was fairy tail but as he got older he found out about one piece that has been his favorite since with fairy tail second.
When Luke was 17 he had already finished fairy tail and he had watch episode 1030 of one piece. when he was waiting for the next episode he left with his sister to go to the store she liked to walk to the store so the walked to the store witch is around 20 minute walk from there house his sister got impatient and decided to cross the street but truck-Kun didn't like that but before Luke's sister was hit she was pushed to the ground by Luke. after his death he started wandering the void it felt like he was walking for a millennia after he saw a light he thought to himself 'I've never really been a religious guy so if god is real I'm probably going to hell' just as he thought that he saw a women she looked at him with a smile and said "hello there young man I am the goddess of reincarnation "
When the goddess said that Luke said " I thought I was going to hell why are you here" the goddess looked with a smile as she said " there is no hell only reincarnation you would have been reincarnated without your memory but because you sacrificed yourself for your sister you are aloud to keep your memory and get three wishes other than what world and time you get reincarnated" when Luke heard this he began to cry and wipe his tears away before saying " this is my dream, ok I got this I would like to go to the one piece world and I'd like to be born a week after Luffy is born and I'd like to be born on an island near luffys " the goddess still with a smile says " granted now your three wishes " Luke looked towards her with a serious look and said " I want my first wish to have a devil fruit that lets me eat multiple devil fruits called the maru maru no mi" the goddess nods as Luke continues " for my second wish I would like to look like natsu dragneel from fairy tail for my third wish I'd like to have the ability to add the cremation quirk to my sword because I'm gonna be a bad ass swordsmen" the goddess smiled and waved me off and I passed out
When I woke up next all I hear is screams and someone yelling "push! You got this push!" The next second I see light when i got out I saw my mother say " my beautiful boys I will name you

Tiger d yuso " after that me and my younger brother were raised by our mother when I turned half a year old I started walking our father was ecstatic but when he saw my brother not walking he started to beat him after three months I started talking and my brother started walking our father saw that he got mad at him because I was talking but I started telling him to stop but he didn't after we were 2 years old our father killed our mother and she had a devil fruit when I saw that it reincarnated a orange we had in the kitchen I gave it to my brother the fruit was ironically called the yuso yuso no mi (ship ship fruit(works similarly to factory fruit )) after our father killed our mother when we were 2 my brother was a genius who could talk and walk but our father still thought he was lesser than me.
so the night after our father killed our mother fell I got my brother and we ran away to the port asked a fisherman to take us to foosha village we explained our situation and he reluctantly agreed on the way I thought 'it is still five to six years before luffy meets shanks so I will stay at dadans until I meet shanks with luffy' when we got to foosha village it was already day and yuso was asleep I woke him up and we started walking towards the mountains after we made it to a shak in the the mountains I saw a 4 year old with a pipe running around I nocked on the door and saw a old woman with red hair she looked down and said"what do yo want kid" phoenix looked at her and said " I heard this was something akin to a orphanage and me and my brother need a place to stay old lady" she looked ticked and screamed " why would you need a place to stay go back to your parents" phoenix looked angry and told her his back story she did her whole tsundere and let them stay they met ace and luffy in the afternoon luffy was still young so he didn't speak much ace asked them what there name was"what's your name brat and how old are you" phoenix replied " I'm phoenix I'm 2 and my twin brother is yuso " they all became friends fast
