"How will you know if you love her?" I asked.
"Tell me please I have no idea what really a love is, is it even a thing or it's just something else." He replied.
"Umm, to be honest even I don't really understand what love is." I said, "I was in relationship with Sam but it wasn't something like love."
"I know that." Roy said.
'Yeah, I think…" I replied, "from what I have observed and learnt if we love someone we feel that person is everything, it's like nothing else really matters." I don't know if Roy was getting my point but this is what I feel for king.
"Like what really?" He asked, obviously he didn't understand by just one sentence.
"Um like you feel that one person is everything and nothing else attracts you, if anything happen in your life you want that person to share it with, like you want that person to be part of your life and at the same time anything bad happen you feel like running to that person no matter who is hurt, if that person is in tension we immediately run for help, it's like…." I was yapping about what I feel for love. For king.
"I see." Roy said nodding, I think he got his answer.
"By the way who is she? Anyone in your hospital?" I wanted to know I was curious because it was first time he was thinking about someone by all his heart he was so concern about those feelings.
He smiled a little, "if I tell you, I don't know how you will react." shyness was visible on his face, he was looking down and had both hands in pocket.
"Aishhh!!! You are getting red." I laughed at his situation, he is really cute sometimes. And I was able to feel what he was feeling.
"Come on Roy now tell me." I said.
"I will tell you once you confess you like your king too." he said looking at me. His words made me flustered now, I looked at king.
"I…ah leave it" , I said.
"Yes why not, take your time after all we are still confused about our feelings." he said, "We will discuss about it sometime later, let's have race. One reaching lake first will win and loser will give a special dinner treat, ready?"
"Wow," I replied "be ready to lose." and I started to run.
I was running with all my speed but aah what a tiny minion like me would do, I lost it.
"Haha, Ava you should think twice in such situations." Roy said.
I was about to fall in lake because my legs were little numb, Roy came ahead and was ready to handle me but someone from behind handled me, I turned back and no surprise it was king.
"Be careful." he said.
"Aha, ava your bodyguard really is getting paid well." Roy said, I don't understand why this guy with sweet nature says such thing and make me angry time to time.
He smirked looking at me, that made me realized why he says such things.
"Exactly, and further I should be aware she don't get hurt because doctor who might treat her is you." king replied with his cold tone.
"Yaaaaa!" May shouted from behind as always like mothers do when their child misbehave.
"You okay?' King asked, As he was still holding me he was really close to me I dare not to turn and looked into his eyes I just nodded. My situation now is getting worse I cant even make eye contact with him.
"What happened?" Mona reached us, she looked at my legs.
"Nothing serious, actually nothing at all." I stood strait and replied her.
"Good thing, be careful bro." she said, 'I think we should start journey again, we all are feeling refreshed."
Yes we all agreed, "Where is that lovey dovey couple?" Roy asked.
"They are already in the bus." august said, "let's go." he grabbed Mona's hand and they too started to walk toward bus.
May and Roy were collecting cans to throw them, may can really make this guy work for good thing I was thinking about helping them.
"They will come, we should go." king said looking at me.
"Ah? Yeah." I smiled, his face was little down, he looked at flower that I tucked in my hair above my ear and set it little. From his face he was looking tired.
"Are you ok Mr. Stone?" I asked, he is not like others, he is calm and don't talk much but his face stays fresh and confidant always, today something was wrong.
"Yes", he said "why are you asking me this?"
"You look little tired, and little red." I replied, I hold his hand and it was cold, thank god he don't have fever.
He looked at my hand and was watching it, I don't know what was happening with him, maybe he got bored here, I left him alone that's why maybe but may was with him so that could not be the reason.
He looked up in my eyes and smiled. "You are thinking too much." he pat my head, let's go.
