After shooting off the hand of the bull faunus and thus disarming him . Kurumi without taking her eyes off him , slowly walked around him and stood next to Neo . Using one hand , the bull faunus raised his hammer above his head in preparation for the final attack . But Kurumi , simply shot twice with her gun . The bullet created from her aura ripped through the faunus' throat almost decapitating him. The next one created a huge hole in his chest missing his heart by only a cyntimeter .
At this moment , the look in Kurumi's eyes was cold and full of satisfaction . Even though after what the man said earlier about the death of his family and friends Kurumi understood that they were similar in something , it did not change Kurumi's heart .
A few tearful words won't change anything . It will not calm her down . Especially looking at the fact that they would not care about her family . They would kill them without a second thought , so why should she care ? Worthless trash like them were for her just a " replenishment of time " , a meal .
Emotional connection to her enemies was unnecessary and stupid . Both of them cared about their family , and so what ? They wanted to kill them , so Kurumi instead killed them .

Then for the last time the world could see his smile .
Kurumi pov
After finishing this , I turned ready to move to clean up the woman's body and burn the cars before the police arrived . By the way there , I made sure that my shadow trailing behind me would take the body of the man , so as to extract the time still remaining in his body .
