The sun rose the next morning in Yuki and Kaki's dorm room. 'Sirius' by The Alan Parsons Project began to play. Yuki sat up in his bed. He stretched his arms, groaning. Yuki got out of his bed as a little floating robot appeared next to his head. "Good morning new friend!" The robot said with a friendly tone. Yuki slowly turned his head looking at the robot. He then fell to the ground making a loud bang. "OWWWW!-" Yuki shouted. Yuki sat up scratching his head. Yuki got up looking at the robot. He pointed at it looking over at Kaki's bed. "What the hell is this..?" Yuki asked, with a very tired look on his face. "I'm Nate, I'm Kaki's new best friend!" The robot said. Yuki gasped sarcastically, "I've been replaced!" Yuki said. Kaki chuckled, getting out of his bed. "Today we're signing up for sports." Kaki said. Yuki looked at Kaki surprised, "Really!?" Yuki asked, with his toothbrush on the side of his mouth. Kaki nodded. "Yeah, though there's an issue." Kaki said. Yuki looked at Kaki confused. "Mr. Clark quit the position of soccer coach." Kaki said. Yuki spits out his toothpaste into his sink. He turned back to Kaki holding his toothbrush. "WHAT!!??" Yuki shouted. "Shhh…" Kaki said. Yuki looked at Kaki confused. "The seniors wake up earlier than the other students." Kaki said. Yuki looked at him confused. "Really?" Yuki asked. Kaki nodded, "Did you not notice I set your alarm for 5:00?" Kaki asked. Yuki looked back at his alarm clock. The time showed 5:04. "Huh, no I didn't. When do we start?" Yuki asked. Kaki put his gray T-Shirt on. "Six." Kaki said. Yuki's eyes widened, "S-Six..?" Yuki stuttered. Kaki nodded, putting on his blazer and buttoning it. Yuki put on his black slacks and a white T-shirt. Yuki grabbed his phone and keys, putting them in his pocket. "Why're we up so early..?" Yuki asked. Kaki looked at Yuki confused. "Did you not see the email from Ms. Fushiguro?" Kaki said. Yuki looked at Kaki confused. "No, I didn't." Yuki said. Kaki nodded, "She emailed us saying we have to visit Callie every morning until she gets better…" Kaki said. Yuki looked at the ground clenching his fists. "Hey- Yuki… It's not your fault-" Kaki said. Yuki interrupted him, "It is! I could have done something, If… If…" Yuki said. His teeth clenched. Kaki said, putting his hand on Yuki's shoulder. "Hurry up, she needs company…" Kaki said. Kaki smiled, "Why don't you bring your guitar, she'd probably love to hear you play." Kaki said. Yuki looked at Kaki surprised. "You're a genius!" Yuki said. Yuki grabbed his blazer, putting it on. Yuki grabbed his acoustic guitar from his closet. The two walked down the stairs, down the hallway to the door. Yuki put on his Jordan 4 retro fire red and Kaki put on white Air Force 1's. Yuki and Kaki walked out of their apartment. The two walked down the hall as they saw Nakamura walk out of hers. "You're the last person I expected to be walking up early…" Yuki said. Nakamura looked at Yuki confused, "Are you sure you're okay? I always wake up this early. I'm majoring in Anatomy and Human Physiology next year so I have to get up early… I should be up earlier, to be honest." Nakamura said. Yuki nodded, "That makes sense…" Yuki said. Nakamura smiled, "I missed this… The three of us, waking up early and going to hang out before class." Nakamura said. Yuki and Kaki nodded, but sadness grew on Yuki's face. "Though there'll be the last…" Yuki said. The others nodded, "It doesn't matter, I'm going to make this last year at Shimura my best!" Yuki said. Nakamura and Kaki smiled, "I can't wait to see it." Nakamura said. Kaki nodded in agreement. They walked out of the dorm building. They walked down the sidewalk to the convenience store. Yuki grabbed an egg sandwich and an energy drink. Kaki and Nakamura also grabbed egg sandwiches and water bottles. They all walked over to the counter. Yuki grabbed his phone looking at his balance. His eyes widened at his bank balance. 950k in available funds. He put his phone away grabbing his card, "I've uh… Got this one…" Yuki said. Nakamura and Kaki nodded, with confused looks on their faces. A few minutes later, they walked out of the convenience store. Yuki held the bag, "Why were you so shocked in the store..?" Kaki asked. Yuki cleared his throat, "My uh.. Bank account had 950 grand in it…" Yuki said. Kaki and Nakamura's eyes widened, "WHAT!!??" Kaki shouted. Nakamura put her hand over Kaki's mouth, "Shut up, do you remember how early it is out right now?" Nakamura asked. Kaki nodded and Nakamura let go. "What was it like before..?" Nakamura asked. Yuki shrugged, "Like seven thousand… Ten thousand maybe…" Yuki said. Nakamura nodded, "Maybe after we visit Callie and after school we can figure that out." Nakamura said. They all arrived at the hospital and Nakamura's mom would lead them to Callie's room. Nakamura and Kaki walked into the room. Yuki followed them in, looking at Callie. A small smile grew on his face, as he walked over to her. Yuki put his hand on the back of Callie's. "I love you… Callie Hatzi." Yuki said as a tear fell down his cheek.
