Chapter 17 - Chapter 17: Accident or Trap?

Bertha Haines' supermarket opened up.

Manson helped her set up an app, taught her how to use it, and gave her contacts of some wholesale suppliers along with some price lists for merchandise.

Stocking, shelving, promotions, she even hired a customer service representative.

Just the investment alone cost over a hundred thousand.

Bertha invited April Lane to be a shareholder as well, in a labor-based partnership. Bertha holds seventy percent, April holds thirty percent. After all, she's articulate and knows lip reading, making it easier to communicate with partners.

The supermarket had just opened, and business wasn't very good, but every beginning is difficult. She believed it would get better in the future.

That day, just after finishing her study session, Bertha received a message from the customer service.

[Boss, someone placed an order but requested immediate delivery, and the address isn't on campus. However, they agreed to pay a 500 yuan delivery fee.]
