April initially thought Bertha had misheard. After all, it was already past nine in the evening. But when she looked through the peephole, she saw an enlarged face that appeared slightly impatient.

April hesitated for a moment but eventually opened the door.
Upon seeing her, the person outside was also taken aback.
"Move aside!"
April instinctively stepped aside. After all, this wasn't her home; she had no right to stop him from entering.
Ivan Norris placed the several large bags he was carrying on the ground and then intended to leave. However, a sound came from behind him.

April was thinking of sending him off before going upstairs, but the person upstairs was already staggering down the stairs. When she reached a third of the way down, she missed a step and tumbled down.
"Did you hurt yourself anywhere?"
