Bertha Haines and April entered the classroom one after the other, and the chatter inside the classroom immediately came to a halt.
As numerous eyes settled on her, she sat down coldly in her seat without a word.
April went straight to the podium and addressed all the students.
"On the night of November 18th last year, someone placed an online order requesting delivery to Nightfall. Normally, we don't make deliveries to non-residents, but the person ordered sanitary pads."
"As girls, you can probably understand the awkwardness of getting your period and not having sanitary pads."
"Bertha, with her kind heart, delivered them, only to fall into someone's trap."
"I don't know who Bertha offended, to make them willing to spend hundreds of thousands to ruin her, but their plan failed because the police intervened in time."
