Chapter 10 - Episode 10 – "Signs from the Stars"

[Scene: Morning. College campus. Alvira sits under a tree with her phone open, rereading the article.]

Alvira (thinking):

"Why now? After all these years of loving him silently... why now does he speak about Islam?"

[Zaina and Yasmine walk toward her, noticing the daze in her eyes.]

Zaina:

"You haven't blinked in five minutes. Earth to Alvi?"

Alvira (still staring at phone):

"Did you read the full interview? He literally said he's been reflecting a lot… about faith… and meaning."

Yasmine (sits beside her):

"I did. It's wild. I mean, celebrities say a lot of stuff, but the way he spoke—it sounded sincere."

Zaina:

"What if... that was your sign?"

Alvira (shakes head):

"No, Za. That's just coincidence. I'm not going to romanticize it."

Zaina (quietly):

"But... isn't that what faith is? Believing in signs others call coincidence?"

[Scene: Alvira's dorm room. She opens her Quran app. Soft recitation plays in background. She writes in her journal.]

Alvira (writing):

"Today, for the first time, I didn't cry for him. I cried because I felt like You were listening. Ya Allah... if this path is wrong, erase the footprints. But if it's mine, guide me to walk it with grace."

[Scene: Classroom. A professor discusses global influence of culture and media.]

Professor:

"...and so, pop culture influences not just trends, but sometimes even spiritual exploration."

[Alvira looks up. Her pen freezes.]

Professor (continues):

"An interesting case recently involved a global artist who mentioned studying different religions. He even expressed curiosity about Islam."

[A few students glance at Alvira. She lowers her eyes.]

Alvira (to herself):

"This can't be real. Again?"

[Scene: Break time. Alvira alone in college masjid. She stares at the prayer rug.]

Narration (Alvira thinking):

"He's changing… or maybe he's just searching. But if he ever walks the path of truth... not for me, but for Allah... wouldn't that be a miracle worth praying for?"

[Scene: Evening. Hostel common area. Girls chatting. Alvira scrolls her phone. She finds a recent fan Q&A post from the idol.]

Fan Comment:

> "If you could visit any place in the world that brings peace, where would it be?"

His Answer (translated):

> "Maybe somewhere with mosques. The adhan sounds calming. Like something calling your soul."

[Alvira drops the phone. Zaina picks it up.]

Zaina:

"Girl. Did he—?"

Alvira (voice shaking):

"He mentioned adhan… He knows the word."

Yasmine (half-joking):

"Okay this is no longer just signs, this is a glowing billboard with fireworks."

[Scene: Flashback montage of Alvira's earlier years—crying secretly after prayers, watching concerts silently at night, saving up for merch, hiding her obsession, journaling dreams.]

Narration (Alvira's thoughts):

"It's been years. I loved him when he didn't even love himself. I prayed for his peace. Not his fame. Just peace. And maybe... just maybe... Allah accepted that dua in a way I never imagined."

[Scene: Night. Alvira stands on her dorm balcony, city lights flickering below. She whispers softly into the wind.]

Alvira:

"I'm not asking for him anymore. I just... want him to find the truth. Even if I stay hidden in his story. That's enough for me."

[Scene: Final shot of the episode. A phone screen. A headline: "Idol Announces Hiatus to Travel and Reflect. Says He's Seeking Spiritual Growth."]

Alvira's Voice (soft prayer):

"Guide him, Ya Allah... even if he never knows who prayed for him."
