Some explanations you see here aren't canon to the series they come from but I simply thought it was better to make up a better explanation because in the source material it just isn't explained at least not in the anime and I can't find anything in the wiki. ( can't be bothered to read the manga or novel) like the explanation is so bare bones with like no depth to it. Also some of the explanations I just didn't like and chose to make some shit up instead lol.(I made a pretty big change to the lore of that world but like just think of it as an AU or sum idk)
Shout out to anyone who knows the series though, it was one of the first couple anime I Watched back in the anime on YouTube era alongside Sieken Tsukai no world break, wait should I go to that world? Just now realizing it's not even on my list
Also I kind of raw dogged this and didn't do any check backs on correct wording so point them out if you see any so I can fix them please. Btw this chapter may contain a plothole that I didn't really feel like going back and trying to find in the other chapter but point it out if you see it

As the wheel spun the immense number of options teased Rias's eyes. While watching it spin she couldn't help but wonder if the wheel had even more options than last time? As she speculated the wonders of the wheel it slowly began to come to a halt.
It moved slowly going across things she's never even heard of like a fantasy tree but based on the name she thought it was likely something powerful though some things in it she could have sworn she's heard of before like destined death she just couldn't put her finger on where.
But none of those were what she got instead she got something known as a Drag-Ride.
"Drag-Rides? What are those?"
Rias looked at Amaterasu with a face full of expectation as though waiting for something.
Amaterasu on the other looked quite disinterested with this specific item. But once she saw Rias's waiting face she realized that an explanation was in order. "Drag-Rides are a type of magical mechanical suits of armor that enhances the users capabilities, where these come from they enhance the user to the level of a thousand regular soldier but here a regular Drag-Ride would be the level of a middle-class devil, but even then it would require a skilled wielder to actually beat one."
Rias's face drooped at the disinterested but detailed explanation, she couldn't help but condemn her luck, two wheel spins and two powers than while could be useful weren't a direct power increase to herself. Then she realized that her patron eldritch being said regular Drag-rides. But before she could ask the question Amaterasu started to speak once more
"However that's only the regular ones, there also exist ones known as divine Drag-rides. These ones are significantly stronger than the regular ones, around ten times stronger at that and all have unique special abilities. With a good wielder one of these could probably take out a high class devil but ultimate class is out of their strike range simply due to lacking firepower."
A sigh of relief left Rias's lips to her at least it wasn't completely useless, maybe she could make a new type of game in the underworld, rating games are getting kind of stale aren't they?
"Once more though even if I don't find these very interesting I can't just let them stay so weak, my wheel is supposed to be filled with powers capable of reaching the top. So like the visions I'll upgrade there capabilities just a bit." With a snap of her giant fingers thousands of sheathed short swords in front of the red head. Many of the blades look mostly identical just regular white blades with a white sheath however along the thousands of blades twenty-two of them stood out with distinct coloring.
The aura they emanated was also far different almost akin to a…
"Dragons" the deep voice of Ddraig broke the silence "These blades, they all feel like dragons. The regular ones feel much like our lesser kin but nevertheless dragons."
Looking down at his gauntleted arm Issei was curious "You think they're like sacred gears?"
"No, I can't sense any type of true soul or will inside them. They feel like they are dragons themselves but for some reason in the shape of swords and missing souls." His voice was filled with confusion not quite understanding the mechanics of these blades, at first he thought they were like the twice critical sacred gears which while they contain a dragon aura didn't contain anything sealed within, the God of the Bible seemed to have figured out a way to replicate Dragon aura.
These however felt exactly like real dragons but for some reason lack a soul and will.
Letting out a small chuckle Amaterasu said "What do you think the Drag in Drag-ride stands for? In the world these come from they are said to contain the power of the ancient dragons that once protected the world from the abyss. That world was almost completely overrun with the Abyss creatures to the point where even those Ancient dragons were starting to reach their limit. So rather than continuing to fight a losing battle they sacrificed themselves sealing the abyss inside ruins spread across the world, and with that they left these blades behind for the humans to continue protecting the world from the Abyss that remain."
"They are also called Drag-rides because they look like humanoid mechanical dragons but… I don't particularly agree in that opinion."
Hearing the Buzz words Ancient dragons and Abyss, Rias and her peerage were quite curious about the workings of another world but
Moving on from that the giantess continued "Well I've made it so that all the Drag-Rides can become stronger alongside their wielder this includes the special abilities of the divine Drag-rides, I've also made it so that you can manipulate them as you wish whether it be the power it may release or the activation altogether, you know just in case you give to someone who isn't quite loyal."
"Thank you, I'll make sure to make them as entertaining as possible for you" Rias said with a curt nod, she already had ideas for what she could use these for, she'll just have to figure out how to introduce them in the first place.
With a smile Amaterasu's voice came with delight "I'll be counting on it princess!" And with those last words her mountain sized body alongside the wheel vanished as if they were never there. And with their disappearance the world also returned to its rightful state.

"I never thought there'd be a day I'd miss the wind" Akeno's words completely broke the tension that remained.
Sighs of relief resounded among the group of devils.
"She is a truly imposing figure even beyond any of the gods I've heard of" Kiba said
"…she felt like the world itself was standing right in front of us" Koneko's quiet voice came next with clear residual fear.
"Mountain boobs…." Issei said with drool hanging from his lips, but as if hit by an epiphany his face went completely serious "President, I have a question of utmost importance, do you think she can become larger? Do you think she can go beyond mountain sized?"
Rias who was still contemplating how she'd introduce Drag-rides into the underworld was taken completely off guard by Issei's question. Having never even contemplated it she was surprised to realize the answer was more than likely yes, she seemed capable of doing just about anything after all.
She turn towards him with a face full of mirth "More than lonely yes, yes she can. Maybe you can ask her yourself the next time you meet her."
"YES" Issei cheered but even though he was excited at the prospect even he wasn't dumb enough to anger a being who could erase him out of existence with a thought.
Turning back to the assignment at hand Rias began to think 'Maybe introduce them as artifacts I gained in some ruins? No that's too obviously false there's no way I'd have time to find undiscovered ruins so soon after the rating game. There's no way anyone would believe I made them either' though she was initially excited at the prospect of starting a new game in the underworld but really didn't understand how she'd explain where they came from at all. But maybe she didn't have to explain in the first place?
Once more however her thoughts were interrupted, a blue teleportation circle appeared appeared just behind where Rias stood and from it two black haired young ladies appeared. Sona Sitri and Tsubaki Shinra the student council president and vice president.
"So Rias, is this also something you won?" Sona said with her arms crossed clearly not amused.
The Gremory heiress couldn't help but let out a small giggle at the Sitri heiress's clear vexed tone "it's not as though I have a choice in when she chooses to visit you know"
Releasing a sigh of exasperation Sona asked "So what are these anyway? One second I was working as normal then the next it felt like an army of lesser dragons appeared. I thought we were under attack, but after realizing they were close to your group I realized it definitely had something to do you with your new situation."
It was Rias's turn to sigh her frustrations coming right back to the forefront of her mind "These are known as sword devices which allows the user to equip a mechanical suit of armor known as Drag-rides, and out of all of these there are twenty-two special ones and one among the special ones is far stronger than the rest."
Throwing her worries to the side Rias turned to her Peerage and a sile spread across her face "Do you guys want to test these out?"
"It would be my honor"
"Mmm"
"Hell yeah! Every man loves a good mech!"
"I'll do my best!"
"I wonder if any of them fit my style~"
Watching the excitement from the side Sona raised her hand "Mind if Tsubaki and I join in?" Even though she knows her friend wouldn't hold something like this strictly for herself she didn't want to miss out on an opportunity to make first choices.
"Of course" Rias said with a smile "But first let's put up a suppression barrier, the aura these are leaking is way too obvious for any supernatural entity in town" reaching her hand out she simply snapped her fingers and like that a barrier enveloping the entire training field appeared.
Watching her display of power Sona couldn't help but wear a face of envy it was quite unfair after all, just the other day she was better than her at these types of things then suddenly it wasn't even a competition anymore, it was quite jarring honestly.
Tsubaki who stood silently beside Sona couldn't help but look around at the training field, as usual everything looked normal exception for the Giant hole that sat at the center of the field.
"May I ask what happened here?" Tsubaki said while pointing at the crater.
Akeno realizing what she was talking about responded "Oh that was just a little experiment with the elemental energy of Visions, this was caused by an explosion between Issei's pyro and my electro it caused a massive explosive reaction known as overload."
Though she knew what Visions were from her kings explanation it was the first time she's heard of reactions between them to begin with she's only seen a hydro Vision so far as that's the one Sona was blessed with.
"Can you explain it in greater detail for me? And are there any other reactions" Tsubaki said curiously
"Of course, it'll have to be explained later anyway." Akeno said smoothly
While the two queens talked the Rias was once more interrupted from her own activities, without a warning a communication magic circle appeared in front of Rias, it bared her Brother energy signature so she gladly accepted it. Placing close to her ear her brothers Jubilant voice could immediately be heard
"Rias! We just finished the meeting with the Phenex family and the deal went of without a hitch! You should've seen their faces. They were so afraid it took everything I had not to laugh."
Smiling wryly at his enthusiasm she couldn't help but feel he was a bit too excited "Well, that's good, not having to worry about them for now is reassuring. I have good news to relay too."
"Hm? What is it?"
She too a moment to breathe just to waste some time, knowing it was going to take him by surprise she deliberately made it more suspenseful "Well you see, I've gotten another reward from Ashtarte"
For moment there was silence then a sudden "WHAT!? What was it!?"
Rias giggle as that was the reaction she was expecting for a second she thought he wasn't surprised "It'll be easier for you to just see, do you have time to join us in trying them out?"
"Absolutely!, I definitely can't miss this, Don't start without me!" With those last words the communication circle vanished into red particles
Curious Sona asked "Was that lord Lucifer? Your relationship him seems to have changed quite significantly"
"Yeah, us not being as close as before was mostly my own fault, with the stress of my previous ordeal I was simply taking it out on him. I was conflicted really, I wanted his help as Lucifer but also wanted to be independent so it turned into a sort of aggressive stance, I'm not sure really." Said with a small frown
And in that moment a bright red teleportation magic circle bloomed on the ground "I'm here!!" As the Glow of the teleportation subsided the appearance of Sirzechs Lucifer and Grayfia Lucifage could be seen.
