Hill completely understood why William was happy.
Compared to himself, who only occasionally dealt with Draculus and found him bothersome, William was the one who was always dealing with the Mage Guild Leader.
Even after becoming the God of Justice, William still couldn't have anyone else deal with Draculus... even his very capable cousin Naven couldn't walk away unscathed from the cunning and shameless old guy.
And William could handle it not because he could keep up with Draculus's schemes, but because, as the Lord of Justice, he could naturally cheat... Every deal and clause proposed by Draculus had to be weighed by their family's precious Scales first.
Even if William made a wrong judgment at first, he could always backtrack under the pretense that Draculus violated the Law of fairness and justice.
But, the key point is, William never regretted it once.
So, Hill could completely understand his gloating.
