Though Ruth understood now that in the Sia Tower, it's likely that any important matter requires three people to act together, no faction can represent the entire Magic Tower alone.
Yet when three Ninth Rings came out to greet him simultaneously, he had to accept this overly courteous gesture and reciprocate with his own politeness.
However, Ruth couldn't help but feel a bit perplexed... In a Magic Tower, it's simply impossible for an even number of Controllers to have a say.
Voting works swiftly only when there is an odd number.
An even number, ha ~ surely there will be someone constantly spinning like a top, turning at any time.
