Polly Sutton forced a smile, she really wasn't in the mood for a show right now.
Andrew Lindsey opened the door to see Polly out, and the staff outside greeted her as they continued with their tasks; they were really busy at the moment.
"The president said he wouldn't come, so he just won't. I thought I might see him in person today." It was Andrew Lindsey's assistant speaking. He had only gotten the news this morning that the president wouldn't attend the meeting.
"The president is so busy that he's basically delegated company matters to the assistant to handle. If you want to meet the president, you have to rely on fate." Another secretary handed some documents to the junior assistant. "These are the materials Assistant Lindsey will use for the Backflow Cove meeting later, keep them safe for now."
"What do you think keeps the president busy all day? What could be more important than his own company?" the junior assistant asked curiously.
