Victor Parker frowned as he buttoned up his shirt, "I'll go take a look. Let Jonathan Jones show you around."
Polly Sutton nodded, not wanting to interrupt his work.
Victor Parker went out and glared at Jonathan Jones, who always looked sly no matter how he smiled. Jonathan clicked his tongue, calling Victor a beast—nothing could stop him from being a rogue, not even an injury.
Once Victor departed, Jonathan waved at Polly Sutton, "Hello, sis."
Polly Sutton wasn't exactly unfamiliar with Jonathan; compared to others, at least they knew each other.
"Mr. Parker probably won't finish his work anytime soon. Come on, let me take you for a walk." Jonathan said with a smile.
Having been on a plane all day, Polly Sutton was indeed quite tired, but her curiosity about this place outweighed her fatigue, so she didn't refuse Jonathan's invitation to see where Victor worked.
