Polly Sutton looked at the glamorous woman in front of her. Polly also once thought this was a glamorous person, but to trap oneself for a man who doesn't love her for a lifetime, how pathetic it would be if she ended up like that.
Even for the sake of children, she still thought such behavior was foolish.
"I've stated my demands. As long as Victor Parker and I get a divorce, you don't need to drive me away; I'll leave on my own." Polly spoke calmly, "So if you have time to waste on me, it's better to go directly to Victor Parker. It'll be quicker."
Mrs. Parker had certainly tried with her son, but it was useless; her son seemed to have been bewitched by this vixen.
"Polly Sutton, isn't it just money you want?"
Polly looked at Mrs. Parker, who was suppressing her anger, and wondered if Mrs. Parker would still use this tone if she knew Polly was the Rook Family orphan she always had on her mind?
