When Lucas Quinn and Charlotte Allison came in, they happened to hear Mrs. Quinn's statement and Noah Quinn's response.
Because Noah was defending Charlotte so much, Lucas gave him a look of appreciation.
At that moment, Noah felt as if he could soar right then and there.
His brother had actually praised him!!!
With a foolish grin, Noah wanted to pull out chairs for the two, but Mrs. Quinn sternly ordered, "Noah, return to your seat."
Noah was unwilling, but dared not disobey Mrs. Quinn, so he had to go back to his seat.
His seat was so far from his brother's.
Mrs. Quinn sat upright in the main seat, looking sternly at Charlotte Allison.
Charlotte Allison greeted politely and calmly.
Mrs. Quinn, however, was not satisfied and said, "Miss Allison, the Quinn Family has its rules. Since it's your first visit here, the etiquette should be thorough."
