Noah took a deep breath as his gaze settled on the Origin Star hovering above his forehead.
It shimmered faintly, still translucent.
That alone told him everything he needed to know.
He had not yet stepped into the Third Realm of the True Primordial Path.
To cross that threshold, he would need the Inheritance of the Flesh.
Slowly, Noah lowered his eyes toward Anark.
Unlike the smooth and immediate transfer of the Inheritance of Spirit, it was clear that obtaining the second inheritance would not be so simple.
The True Primordial of the Void stared directly into Noah's eyes, his expression calm but firm.
"The instant delivery of the Inheritance of Spirit," Anark began, "can be considered payment for the immediate assistance you provided against the Curse Eaters of the Tenth Empyrean World."
He paused briefly before continuing.
"However, when it comes to the Inheritance of the Flesh… we will need to discuss terms."
