Chapter 295 - Chapter 290: 'Caught in the Moment' Part-12

-By Toru-

I have no experience whatsoever with women. Even if I've already lived more than once, there are many things I have little understanding of. Gray is here, letting out her voice next to my ear. Her breath is hot, her whole body is hot, and she's starting to sweat. She keeps jumping on me, letting me feel the inside of her body.

She keeps saying she loves me and I really appreciate it. But I don't understand her. I haven't done enough to earn her love. So why, then, why are we doing this?

The truth is, that stopped mattering a long time ago. I can feel how she longs for my company, I can feel how she longs for someone's love; someone like me....

"Make it louder", she was trying not to let her voice come out. Her attempts to do so were quite nice, really. Her voice, her heavy breathing. She's not only focused on sex, but also on making me feel good.

The more I move, the more she responds to the movements with her hips. She is so different from how others see her that the contrast is all too noticeable.

Meanwhile I, obeying Gray's orders, grabbed her around the waist and laid her back on the couch. Leaning against her waist, I increased the force on my hips and Gray, in response to the strong stimulation, squirmed squeezing the couch cushions with her hands. Her voice was getting louder and louder and her teary-eyed look made me think I'm doing something wrong, but the way her little tongue was poking through her lips accompanied by her soft ecstatic moans told me I had to continue.

"Toru... Toru... Toru...", she was like a spoiled child seeking my attention, holding out her hands for me to take.

I intertwined my fingers with hers and held her gently. She just kept moaning and babbling as her fluids sloshed and spilled onto the couch. This is going to be hard to clean up... But I threw those thoughts far from my mind.

At some point my tears stopped. At some point I stopped thinking and just focused on Gray. I will have time to reflect on my life later, for now I must concentrate on the girl holding me so tightly.

She held my hips with her legs without giving me a chance to escape. Her pale breasts bounced with every movement I made and sweat on her pale, hairless skin drenched the couch.

There was no room for words anymore. We both just kissed and touched our bodies without holding back.

I don't know how much longer this will go on, but I'm going to keep going until she decides it's time to rest.

***

After a while, they both fell asleep on the couch, naked, for some reason, covered by both layers that emulated bed sheets. Toru had fallen asleep hugging Gray, and she had fallen asleep with her face on Toru's chest.

If anyone saw them like this, they would think they were certainly a passionate young couple.

That same night, Toru didn't have any depressing dreams or any conversations with the souls of the blood ocean. Everything was extremely silent. It is likely that he felt so mentally tired that he blocked any kind of communication with the outside.

The result of that... Waver woke up early to go to work. Like any good man, before leaving he showered and dressed in his usual clothes. He left the office to get something to eat in the kitchen and, as he left the kitchen with the carton of milk and a slice of bread, he was surprised to find two teenagers on the couch.

Waver obviously, a virgin in his late thirties, spat out all the milk dropping the carton and that woke Toru up.

The boy opened his eyes and found Waver.

"Ah... good morning", he at first didn't notice, but when he felt Gray's smooth butt in front of him... "Oh... it's not good morning..."

"What the hell?", Waver was so surprised and scared that he simply froze in the same place.

Toru sat on the sofa making sure that the cloak covered Gray's body. By doing this, his upper body was exposed.

Putting aside the embarrassing situation, Waver saw Toru's hideous scars.

"I really don't have an excuse for this. It's just as you see. Whatever you're imagining, it surely happened."

Waver touched his head painfully as he bent down to pick up the milk crate.

"Aah... I'm not going to say this is wrong. They're both young, after all. Young people have all kinds of experiences, but..." although he tried to ignore the fact that two teenagers had had this kind of relationship in his house, it was difficult as he noticed that Gray was also waking up from all the commotion.

She opened her eyes and felt disoriented. For a moment she felt Toru nearby and looked up at him with an adorable satisfied smile.

"Good morning, did we fall asleep on the sofa?", as obvious as the question was, Gray was so happy in the morning that she didn't quite know where she was lying, but seeing Toru sitting up, looking straight ahead, she felt confused too. She looked in that same direction and noticed Waver there. "Professor...?"

"You seem to have gotten up in a good mood."

"Huh? No, I-", it was at that instant that she looked down at herself, naked and covered by Toru's cloak. As she became aware of her position at that moment, her face flared with the flames of shame. She desperately covered herself and, in the end... "It's not what you think, Professor. I just..."

Nah. What had happened was obvious. Even if Waver was a virgin, he knew he had no part in his two students' relationship.

"Don't worry", he turned around raising his hand in farewell. "I'll leave you two alone to get some clothes on. When you're done, we'll talk about this in my office", and he left the lobby with the two teens looking at each other.

"If you think we got in trouble, I don't think that's the case", Toru said, in a soft tone of voice that calmed the embarrassed Gray. He then stood up from the sofa as the clothes on his body came back with a soft black flash. "You should hurry up."

Gray, who was embarrassed covering herself with Toru's cloak, hid herself by covering herself even more with the cloak. When she stepped into the darkness, through the sunlight coming through the holes in the cloak, she could see her own body marked by Toru's kisses. Of course, as much as she enjoyed doing it with Toru all night, she had forgotten about the consequences of having sex in someone else's house.

Now she even found it difficult to speak because of embarrassment.

"Gray...?", came Toru's voice, calling out to her.

She pulled the cloak off her and found Toru kneeling in front of her. He looked like a curious child looking at someone. That feeling calmed the embarrassment she felt a while ago. Just seeing Toru every morning was enough to make Gray feel calm.

That didn't take away from the fact that they were caught red-handed.

"If you don't want to go, that's fine. I can talk to Waver-sensei and-"

"No. I'll be fine-", Gray interrupted. "I just freaked out for a moment. I'm better now. After seeing you I feel better."

...

...

"That was corny."

After what Toru said, an awkward silence filled the scene. Gray looked as confused as ever, but then calmed down by sketching a faint smile. Toru usually messed up these kinds of situations unintentionally, and she understood that Toru's social skills were a bit strange.

"Can't with you, can it?", she said, her tone of voice softly captivating.

"Did I say something wrong?"

He seemed so indifferent to the atmosphere at that moment, but that was something Gray really liked. Toru is always different from others, and that was good for her. The two of them are for each other.

"You didn't say anything wrong."

She put on her clothes and was ready to talk to the teacher. She held out her hand for Toru and he responded by taking her hand.

"Let's not waste any more time."

Together they went to face destiny. Well, it wasn't something as mystical as that. What they were going to have to do for sure was to pay attention to some sex education classes by the teacher.

As they entered the office, Waver was waiting for them as he took a puff on his cigarette. The gray smoke rose up through the office touching the ceiling and fading into nothingness. The man's posture was somewhat serious. Despite seeing something a few minutes ago that he wished to erase from his memory, he was quite calm.

"As for what happened a while ago...", it was Toru who spoke first. "I don't think it's something to get nervous about."

Waver replied calmly. "On that I agree. I didn't call them to scold them, but to understand the situation. They're both young, kids, from my point of view, and it's normal for them to feel those kinds of things. What I don't understand is how they can think of doing that on the couch. I mean, Lady has her own room."

"I'm really sorry", her apology was filled with embarrassment. Gray understood that what she had done was wrong, but she couldn't help but think about how she got carried away.

To add fuel to the fire, Toru continued Gray's words in his monotone voice. "One thing came to another and we ended up that way."

That was the most classic excuse of all, but Waver took it for granted. "Aah... It's a little hard to take in. How could you possibly describe the relationship the two of you have?"

At the question, Gray turned red and answered with all the assurance in the world. She told herself that she would never hide how she feels again and hiding this from the person who took her out of that town somehow made her miserable.

"I think... Toru is... my... boyfriend?"

Toru stood there like a stone. Gray sure was being serious about it. While he just has constant depressing thoughts, Gray was living a romantic comedy. The difference in thoughts was too great.

"Hm... Do you even know what that means to you, Lady? Assassin is a servant. Unless Sakura wants to keep him after the War, no, even if it all goes wrong, do you know what that means?"

"We just talked about it yesterday" Toru replied. "Gray got very sentimental about it. In fact, that's the reason we had se-" and before she could finish, Toru's mouth was silenced by Gray's small hands.

"Such things are not said, Toru", she said, her voice trembling.

Seeing that his students were so close to the point of looking adorable, Waver smiled wistfully at the thought that he could once have been like these two teenagers. Unfortunately, he never got the chance to experience such youth. Now he is about to turn 30. He felt old and lonely, in a rather nostalgic way.

As Gray tried to shut Toru up, Waver leaned his elbows on the table. "You're both getting older. It's funny in a rather ironic way."

Toru grabbed Gray by the wrists and lifted her up as if she were a rag doll. "And maybe I'll still be here to keep them company."

"The way you say things is so different from the first time that it amazes me how much you've changed. Ten years ago when you fought Iskandar, you were so lethal and amazing. You didn't give up even though you were already on your knees, bleeding to death after taking so much damage."

"Ten years ago..." Gray whispered, hanging on her arms like a cat.

"... Maybe that Toru and I aren't so different."

He wasn't another version of Toru. He was always the same wandering spirit imprisoned in an underworld, waiting to be summoned by a magus. Even though this Toru was more broken, the steely will he had matched the Toru of ten years ago.

And that was something Waver was pleased to hear. He knows little about the relationship this servant has with Gray, but it has certainly changed them both for the better.

"I think that's all I wanted to tell you. Keep being yourselves, I'll be watching you grow. That's what life is all about, after all."

Toru nodded and released Gray. He understood that Waver didn't want to be a wise man right now. It seemed more like this teacher wanted to act like a father to his students. Of course, Toru doesn't know much about Waver, but he had a hunch that it was that way.

Waver Velvet is a good man in a world full of trash.

"I see. Then we have nothing more to do here. We'll take our leave", he bowed and led Gray out of the office. He finally took it upon himself to close the door.

With that, Waver was left alone. He thought about how lucky Gray and Sakura were to have Assassin.

"What I saw that night was the real Assassin, wasn't it?"

The boy who wanted to live. Despite the pain, no matter the obstacles... That Assassin was worthy of his title of hero, just like that man said....

'Anyway. Let's get back to work', he said to himself. He tilted his head towards the table and saw a book with Iskandar's name on it.
