Chapter 2 - system unlocked

today I walk up got dressed and went to the kitchen and sat down at the Table .
"hay grandma" said colt .
"good morning colt did you sleep well" asked his grandmother as she set a plate with toast and a glass of milk in front of him .
"yes and thank you" replied colt
"your welcome you better get off to school you don't want the be late ".
"ok grandma see you later "said colt as he took the toast in his mouth and went out the door .
colts school is one of the worst in sector 9, full of delinquents. the students there get bullied on a daily basis including Colt even the teachers a blind eye to it all it's gotten so bad that the teachers don't even teach anymore.
the only reason that the students even show up is because it's the law you have to go to school if you don't then you'll basically have to move down to sectors 13 14 and 15 and no one wants to move down there
you work for peanuts and you live in crumbling buildings and in alleyways the food is expensive and with the wages you earned you can barely afford to feed yourself.
today Colt took his normal route to school when he arrived he went straight to his class and sat down at his desk putting his book bag behind his chair after about 5 minutes of sitting there a boy entered the classroom.

"yo Colt what's up man" said the boy as he sat at the desk next to Colt.
"nothing much how about you Derek" replied Colt .
"same, so I was thinking after school do you want to hangout at my place" asked Derek
"sorry man I have to help grandma today her bed fell apart and I have to poot it back together " replied Colt
"isn't that the fifth time this month that that thing's falling apart?" asked derek
"yeah man but we don't have the money to buy a new one so we just have to keep fixing it so can we hang out tomorrow instead?" asked Colt
"yeah man no problem you just got to do what you got to do" replied Derek



Derek is my best friend sence 3 grade he's cool we hang out all the time, he lives in the apartment building a couple blocks away from me .



school went by pretty fast after classes were out I hedid home for to day but just before I was about to exit the school someone grabbed the back of my shirt and pulled me back in .
"Colt my friend haws it going "Said a arrogant voice .
"what do you want Branden asked Colt in a annoyed. tone .
"now is that iny way to talk to an old friend "said Branden as he punched Colt in the stumick .
"I need a lone old friend cold you lend me some cash" asked Branden .
"sary I'm broke "replied Colt
Branden then titend his grip and almost choked Colt .
"fin I'll lone you some money" said Colt as he got out his wallet .
"thanks" said Branden as he took the wallet from Colt then taking all the money out then throwing it back to him .
Colt tried to catch it but falled and it fell to the floor Colt then bent down to pick it up.
"see you tomorrow "said Branden as he walked away
after Branden left Colt put his wallet back in his pocket and walked out the door .
Colt decided to take a shortcut home gowing through some alleyways.
wile Colt was walking he herd yelling behind him when he turned around a man ran right into him knocking them both down .
the man hurryed and got the Case that was next to him as he did so the yelling was getting closer .
"stop you dumb fucker you can't get away "yelled another man.
the man that knocked Colt down grabbed him pulling him to his feet." kid if want to live follow me "said the man
Colt looked back and saw the man getting closer he had a short knife in his hand.
"ok" said Colt then him and the man started to run. after about 10 minutes of running the man pouled Colt behind a dumpster.
"kid take this "said the man as he shoved the case he hade to Colt.
"what " before Colt cold cold finish the man spoke again.
"now listen this is very important kid don't let iny one know that you have this do you understand" asked the man
Colt shook his head yes .
"good I'll find you to get it back naw run down this alleyway and you will come to the main street after you get there act normal go to your home do you understand" asked the man
"yes" replied Colt in a hurry.
"go" !! said the man
Colt then took of running the man turned back running twords the main with the knife gust before reaching him he turned down another alleyway making the man follow him .

Meanwhile Colt was running like his life depended on it
when he reached the main street he stopped with both hands on his knees bent over panting heavily. after he cought his breath he slowly started to walk home looking over his shoulder every now and then. when he finally arrived at his apartment building he hired and went in side going straight to his room . after he entered he closed the door and slowly pout the case down on his bet and sat down on his desk chair staring at it. after about 10 minutes of staring at it he finally got up and walked twords the case . just then someone knocked on colts door . Colt jumped." yes " Colt replied in a hurry .
"are you ready to help me with the bed".
"yes grandma I'll be right there "replied Colt .
then Colt left his room in a hurry to help.
after he was done he decided to take a quick shower before going back to his room.
after he was down he slowly walked back to his room wile drying his hair .
when he returned to his room he stopped and looked at the case on his bed .
what the hell thought Colt he then went to the case and opens it quickly when he looked inside he found 5 syringes all different colors. what the hell are these drugs thought Colt as he picked all of them up .
the liquid inside looks kind of cool, the first one was blue the second one was red the third one was black and the fourth one was gray the last one being brown .
wile he was looking at them syringes he heard his door opening he quickly went to push it shut. but
tripped falling on the syringes the needles pierced his skin and the liquid entered his body .
colt then rolled on his back then pulling out the needles throwing them to the side of the room .
through the crack in the door colts grandma said goodnight colt .
after about 30 seconds of no answer .
he must already be asleep thought colt grandma as she closed the door growing back to her room .
meanwhile colt was laying on the floor trying to breath after the strange liquid entered his body he couldn't breath he couldn't even move and he was feeling great pain all over his body it felt like all his bones wear being broken and his flesh being ripped off, . after a while he couldn't take it any more and started to passed out but just before he did he heard a ding enthen a voice.

after that Colt felt one more rush of pain and then passed out.
[THE NEXT DAY]
Colt woke up and held his head as he sat up.
" what the he'll happened to me " said colt as he stud up.
he then walked out of his bedroom and to the bathroom when he reached the sink he took his tooth brush and started to brush his teeth after he wok up a bit he looked up at the Mirror. his mouth dropped open the tooth brush falling into the sink .
when he looked in the mirror what looked like a totally different person the man looking back at him a
had a sharp jaw line strong and wide shoulders strong and muscular arms and a six pack then colt saw floating letters in the air he quickly started to walk backwards tripping and falling .
what the he'll is gowing on said colt as he got up and ran back to his room.
as colt entered his room he stepped on the syringe colt then sat on the edge of his bed .
so it wasn't a dream whatever was in those syringes changed me I don't know wether to be happy about my new look or wary about if that liquid was dangerous thought colt as he looked up that screen is still there I guess I should reed it said colt as he started to read .
