While Justin Vaughn was busy answering Roxy Riley's question about what would happen if Rena didn't pull through, Jade severed the connection and tossed the modified datapad out onto the bed through the bathroom door before turning her attention back to Zeph and his clothes.
"Do I need to pester him and explicitly ask for his permission to do something we have done more than once, or will you stop resisting and take a shower with me, so you can at least look like the normally dashing and in control you she really, really likes, if not loves, when she comes out from under anesthesia?"
