An hour after picking the brain of the young Coast Guard officer and one or two of his longer-serving enlisted crewmates, Zeph and his fellow SHIELD CORE HEART members linked up with a specialized transport unit of the local Nephilim Enforcement division.
Such actions would have to be considered as standard operating procedures until SHIELD grew in terms of members and facilities, as was established quickly in reaction to a problematic situation, and not slowly and methodically planned out with plenty of time to develop.
