Catching what could have been hidden meanings in Zeph's words, Roxy Riley's mouth hung open for approximately zero point two five seconds before she caught her less-than-polished corporate bulldog expression and said something that Tamrel thought was blatantly obvious.
"Did he just say his Rena? As in...Wait did something happen between you that I should know about?"
With a wicked grin on her face, Rena looked at her mother as she proceeded to walk into the main house.
"Mother, I'm tired and he ordered me to rest. So if you can drop the CEO act and just sit and talk to me like I am your daughter, I will mention a few things between bites on the couch. I don't need the teasing that I will receive if I go back there with him while I can't do much."
