Chapter 4 - Anchoring Yourself in the Present

Usually, Anxiety often focuses on the future, overthinking about the future, triggers your mind into "whats if". Scripture calls us to trust God today: Living in the present, and acting on the now to also better tomorrow, brings you back into the present where you are able to soberly act and think.

"Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself." – Matthew 6:34
