Mason nodded affirmatively, afraid the other wouldn't believe him. Only then did Bianca look satisfied, helping Mason lie down, reverting him back to being a good kid.
"Sleep well then."
Meanwhile, Liam Quincy was sitting on the sofa, took out his phone, and dialed his assistant's number.
Soon, the line connected with a respectful tone.
"Boss, anything you need?"
Liam Quincy tapped the sofa chair with his finger and said,
"Can you prepare a set of casual clothes and a suit for me, I'm staying over at Nancy Sutton's place tonight."
Assistant: "Alright."
After hanging up the call, Nancy Sutton finished freshening up and peeked her head through the crack of the door, scanning the living room, and coincidentally met Liam Quincy's gaze.
Nancy felt inexplicably guilty, furrowing her brows, trying to retreat back, but once the door was shut.
She leaned against the door, standing straight, wondering why she felt guilty in her own home.
