Emma Price sighed, put on a cloak, opened an umbrella, and stepped out of the courtyard.
Outside the courtyard, Clement Drew, who had been standing still for three days and nights, was already like a snowman. When he saw Emma Price, his eyes finally moved.
Emma Price held the umbrella over Clement Drew's head and, while brushing the snow off his head and body, said, "Clement, I came to tell you that it's no use waiting here; Audrey is on a business trip."
"I know." Clement Drew said hoarsely.
"Then you…"
"I'm here to ask Grandpa and Grandma for forgiveness."
Emma Price continued brushing the snow off Clement Drew and said, "What are we going to do with you, child? You know your grandpa loves Audrey the most and can't stand seeing her suffer any grievance."
"I know, I was wrong."
"It's not you who did wrong, child."
