Scolded by her parents, Faye Lockwood refused to accept such an arrangement. She turned and went to find her father, Tian Lockwood, again.
"I know how to deal with Vera Warner now. This time, even Victor Morgan will be dragged down with her. Good times are finally coming for our company."
"Once we successfully take down Victor Morgan and his Morgan Group, we can seize more market share and sales channels. The rest of those companies won't stand a chance against us."
"It will wash away all the shame we've endured."
Faye Lockwood said all this in a rush. She'd only thought of it because Luna had previously told her that their three companies could form an alliance.
She had no idea this was all a scheme orchestrated by Luna White's father, Edwin White. But she couldn't be bothered with the details. As long as she could take down Victor Morgan without it affecting her own interests, that was all that mattered.
