That meant there was only one possibility: he must have had a solution. Also, a highly trained person like him would never be knocked out by a single punch from Victor Morgan. There had to be another reason.
Hearing Gui Sha's laugh now only confirmed that her thoughts were true.
Victor Morgan, however, was startled by Gui Sha's smile. He turned to the calm-faced Vera and asked, "Vera, what in the world is going on? Am I the only one who's been kept in the dark? Hurry up and tell me."
Gui Sha seemed perfectly at ease. He sat up, patted Vera's shoulder, and said, "Looks like you've figured it all out. I think it would be better if you explained it to him."
