in this life and in this moment
life been hell and just a torment
people dieing like worthless flies
always crying I can hear their sighs
there is unrest in this town
on TV leaders look like clowns
fighting and bickering with each other
no serious thought and making blunder
corruption murder kidnapping normal
file the report which is formal
police is to protect the innocent
giving privilege to complacent
people who are rich and wealthy
are living life very healthy
no care for poor or people in need
everywhere there is greed
they suck this world with every chance
they don't care and let it bleed
you and I are in this together
try to make everything better
try and make everything right
to give the future that is bright
if we didn't do what's sane
our land will always be in pain
this land is everything to me
to give the future that is free
