"With me here, you won't live that life again." Ethan Sterling looked at the jade bracelet on Seraphina Redgrave's hand and said.
"Of course, I won't go back."
At the moment she stepped out of the forbidden zone, she knew what she truly wanted.
The days of the past, she wouldn't let anyone live through them again.
Suddenly, she felt a weight on her shoulder. Ethan Sterling placed his arm around Seraphina Redgrave's shoulder, like Brother Hawk wasn't dead, but his damp hand didn't touch her.
"From now on, when you see the sunrise, think of me. There's no need to dwell on those hard days."
Ethan's lips curved slightly.
Seraphina was speechless and decided never to watch the sunrise again.
Seraphina couldn't push Ethan's hand away, so the two of them stood on the terrace watching the sun gradually rise into the sky, illuminating the whole of Sovereign and bathing the entire Sterling Family in a warm glow.
