Both books are written in the script of this era and are quite well-preserved. They are "The Secrets of Aether: One to Thirteen" and "Collection of Sages".
A quick glance showed that the former discusses the fundamental operation and usage rules of Aether, which is referred to as "Spirit" in the Sixth Era, somewhat similar to "Aether Mechanics" that Dr. Schneider is preparing for. The latter is not a book related to Witch Power, but a book exploring philosophy, as well as human character and inner spirit.
The ring among the miscellaneous items is not a Supernatural Item, but it looks like some kind of emblem. Of the two notebooks, the newer one contains knowledge written by Miss Chloe, and it seems to be her study notebook. The other one has traces of frequent flipping; upon opening it, it was discovered to be a diary.
