Chapter 723 - Non-Canon Omake: The Little Dragons, Chapter 6

Gyneth pulled her hood back up, torn as it was before waving her hands. "You saw nothing."

"Yeah, I think it's too late for that." Gwydre sighed.

"I demand to know why you look like me!" Saber pointed at him, a strange look in her eyes.

"Shit, we've been found out. Leg it—" She attempted to run away, but Gwydre grabbed her by the collar before she could get going.

"Ohoh! So it turns out that he's not a servant at all! What a twist of events! A living person fighting with a servant; it seems I must reevaluate you now, "Caster." Rider laughed from atop his chariot. "And as the little lass says, it's curious how closely you resemble one another."

"What? That's impossible! A human can't fight a Servant; that's common sense!" Waver quickly denied.

"What, are you dumb? There are plenty of people over in the clock tower that can throw down with Servants. Shit, ignoring everything else, the Fraga Family still has their family Noble Phantasm that can let them win against a Servant." Gyneth responded.

"Eh?"

Despite her casual words, everyone was unconcerned with them and still focused on her intently. Not just Saber, but Rider and Waver and Lancer and his own master she had previously fought.

It was a very unexpected turn of events.

"She really does look like you, Saber. Is she one of your descendants?" Irisviel asked.

"I…. I shouldn't have descendants!" Saber was utterly confused. "Y-you, remove your helmet at once!" She was, of course, pointing at Gwydre.

The younger man let out another sigh. Even if it wasn't his actual mother, he still felt compelled to follow her orders.

He removed his helmet to reveal his face, and once more, the surroundings went quiet.

His skin was much paler, as was his hair, but his facial features were just as on point as his sisters. It could very much be said that he was basically a male copy of Saber.

"I demand to know your origins!" Saber regained her wits, returning to her normal expression even if her heart was chaotic.

"Uh…" Gwydre looked away.

"You really don't want to know." Gyneth also felt a little awkward.

She was shameless to the extreme, but there were a few people who weren't targeted by it. Her mother is one of those in that category.

"Wonderful, wonderful!" A haughty laugh cut through the strange atmosphere as all eyes found the source.

Standing on a street lamp, wearing golden armor, another servant appeared. "I had thought this war would be pitiful and boring, but who would have expected such a fine play!?"

"Oh, another Servant. Which one are you?" Rider asked. "Considering everyone here, should I call you Archer?"

"Hmph, as if such a pitiful designation could describe me," Archer scoffed. "Go on, amuse me further. Your king enjoys the show; this is your greatest praise!"

Despite his haughty words, there was a certain pressure to his presence that let everyone else know that he wasn't to be trifled with.

"Calling yourself a king in front of the king of conquerors. Do you dare name yourself?" Rider puffed up his chest.

"Fool, there is only one king." Archer just chuckled, shaking his head as if it were ridiculous.

Rider frowned, not particularly enthused by his attitude. "Lass, do you know this one's identity as well?"

Archer was about to open his mouth but got cut off.

"Yeah, that's Gilgamesh."

"..." Archer went quiet, frowning slightly. "Mongrel…on one hand, it's expected that you recognize this king. On the other, your introduction was lacking."

Everyone did a double take again. At this point, they were all wondering how the hell she was able to name every Servant so far.

"Gilgamesh? Isn't he one of the oldest heroes in the world?" Waver blurted out.

"Hooh." Rider rubbed his beard. "Your arrogance isn't unearned, then."

"You may look up this king's splendor then continue your play. I will watch with great amusement." Archer gestured for them to continue.

"Oi, Uncle Gilgamesh, can I ride on your ship?" Gyneth called out.

"Gyneth! Don't piss him off!" Her brother tried to hush her.

Archer opened his mouth, blinking slightly. "...What did you call me, mongrel?"

"Oh, right." Gyneth put her fingers to her temples, looking like she was trying to remember something. "Dad said if we ran into you ever, to use your um…. Sha…Sha…Sha Nabu Mumu…?"

Gilgamesh knew what she was trying to say; it wasn't hard. Even if her attempt was annoying and grating on him. But that annoyance was pushed aside for the sheer fact that he was bewildered how a random mongrel even knew the name of his Noble Phantasm.

It was his vast 'sight' conceptualized into the form of a noble Phantasm that provided him with clairvoyance, allowing him to see through all things.

He kept it restrained because it would ruin his amusement upon summoning. If he could know all outcomes and see through all secrets, what point was there in accepting a summons to play around?

However, now he was called out on it, and someone specifically told her to tell him to use it.

Compared to the amusement gained from watching some pitiful servants fight over a trinket, he had grown curious enough to utilize it.

There were no vast displays or need to call out its name.

It was a mental activation, a passive effect.

He could peer through the world, through information presented to him.

To everyone else, he went silent for a moment, then he broke out in laughter. He started laughing so hard that he fell off the lamppost, destroying his kingly demeanor completely, yet he lay on the ground heartily laughing still.

Everyone else stared at him wondering what was wrong with him.

"Wonderful, wonderful! What a great citizen! Yes, absolutely wonderful!" He couldn't help himself as he got back up. "You are pardoned for your insolence, mongrel. Your father has paid any debts with his mere presence that amuses this king so greatly." He wiped away tears from his eyes.

Everyone else was left bewildered at what was happening.

"Go on, continue with your playing. This King will watch from the side." He gestured to them as if he were telling some children to have fun. The arrogance in his tone had greatly diminished, softening towards them.

"Hey Uncle Gilgamesh, can I have some spending money?" Gyneth called out.

"Gyneth! Why would you—"

"Pfft, very well. Children should enjoy themselves." Gilgamesh just chuckled as a golden portal opened up and a golden brick flew out of it, sliding across the ground in front of Gyneth.

"Sweet, thanks, Uncle Gilgamesh."

Gilgamesh just put a hand up as he continued to chuckle to himself.

"I will not be ignored any longer!" Saber's temper boiled over. She was usually much more reserved, but this issue pressed close to home, and it was enough that she got truly annoyed. "I demand to know your identities."

"I'm Gyneth; this is my brother Gwydre." Gyneth introduced them both as Gwydre facepalmed.

Gwydre could see their mom getting even more angry, and he knew she did it on purpose. He was well aware that she knew the exact buttons to press on their mom to get a reaction out of her.

"Saber, if he isn't their servant, then who's their servant?" Irisiviel, innocent, asked the question.

Saber, who was about to get angry enough to make a move, had paused. In fact, everyone that was currently in the area, watching or participating, realized they hadn't asked themselves that exact question.

Gwydre had been masquerading as Caster, so…who was actually the Servant?

"Oh my~" A charming voice broke through the silence. "I was wondering when someone was going to ask that question. Hello, Sister~." Morgan stepped out of the shadows in plain view of everyone.

"Morgan!?" Saber exclaimed in shock. "No…how could it be you!?"

"Morgan Le Fay!?" Waver's eyes widened.

"The Infamous Witch," Lord Archibald muttered under his breath. Perhaps he disdained Servants as mere Familiars, but even his pride forced him to recognize a Caster class like this.

The name Morgan Le Fay was famous—or infamous—enough that everyone who pursued an education in the Clock Tower was well aware of her name.

Everyone was tense once more, all except Gilgamesh, who was happily watching everything unfold as if it were the most interesting show in the world right now.

"So it's another of your schemes! I should have known." Saber was ready to fight immediately.

"Oh no, this isn't one of mine. You can thank your own children for summoning me; I was just as surprised to meet them as you are." Morgan laughed.

"C-Children!?"

Saber's brain nearly crashed as she heard that.

"No! Absolutely not! Lies—I won't believe them. Iri, support me. We must not let her have a chance to retreat and scheme in the shadows!" Saber wasted no time launching herself forward with her invisible sword drawn.

Morgan was ready to defend herself. She didn't step out of the shadow in her sister's line of sight without preparations for the inevitable clash, but to her surprise, someone else stepped in the way.

She watched as Gwydre moved in front, blocking the blow with his sword. It was a heavy strike, far heavier than a mere sparring slash that he was used to. In this moment, he truly understood how strong his mother was because there was nothing held back here.

The sword in his hands shattered, and he went rolling across the ground from the force of it.

However, he was immediately back on his feet and shot forward again, throwing the broken blade to the side that was not much more than a hilt.

Saber looked at him, doing the motions of a swing without a blade until one appeared in his hands.

It lit up the darkening night with a golden glow, colliding with her own invisible sword. It was Saber this time getting pushed back, not because she was overpowered. It was a reaction to what she was looking at; the strength in her arms drained in that moment.

"No…how do you have that?"

"Little Knight, you know it's supposed to be Servants fighting Servants, right? You had your fun, and I'm more than capable of handling my sister's tantrums." Morgan looked at him deeply.

Gwydre stood protectively in front of Morgan. "I said I would protect you, and I will not go back on my words."

The golden sword he held in his hands showed cracks across the blade, yet it was impossibly durable despite this, and even with the scarring, the words on it were still readable.

Whosoever pullest this sword from this stone is the rightful king of all England.

Even if it had been reforged, the scars would remain. Despite this, it still shined radiantly amidst the cracked surface.

"That's…that's impossible. This has to be some kind of trick!" Saber vehemently denied it verbally, but it was hard to deny what she was seeing.

Because who else could possibly wield Caliburn? Herself, and who else but her presumed heir? Only they would be worthy to inherit the throne and thus be acknowledged by the Holy Sword.

But the more she looked at him and towards his sister, the more she couldn't help it. It wasn't just a passing resemblance like she had towards Gawain or other extended family members. No, it was so close that they could be called siblings of Mordred.

She wanted to call out to him and ask him many questions. But she also found it incredibly hard to try for those answers.

"Who…who is your father!?" It was the only thing she could blurt out with her chaotic thoughts.

"Uh…he's—"

"Our Dad is Merlin!" Gyneth shouted from over at the side.

Saber's eyes went wide. Then, it was like years and years of held-back emotions all came up to the surface at once, and the normally indomitable saber had her eyes roll back as she fell to the ground, fainting on the spot.

"Dammit Gyneth!"

"I couldn't help it!"

"That was most foul," Morgan commented. "Even for me."

Gilgamesh was laughing hysterically from his viewing seat.

"Lancer, kill Saber's Master!" Kayneth ordered, seeing the opportunity.

Reluctantly, Lancer pointed his spear towards Irisviel, who looked surprised and then showed fear at the sudden turn of events.

Before he could even make it halfway, a pipe bomb made of what looked like black flames was tossed in front of him.

It exploded in a burst of black flames that devoured everything around them, from concrete to grass to stone and earth, leaving just a new hole in the ground.

Irisviel blinked because she was now up in the air, being carried in the arms of Saber's supposed daughter.

There were black flame-like wings behind her, similar to the explosion that just happened a moment ago.

"Ayo, don't target the Milf." Gyneth admonished Lancer's Master. "If you want to fight, just say so~"

Her wings spread out wider and released a torrent of black flame projectiles downwards towards him. Lancer retreated, grabbing his master to escape the barrage that devoured everything in their wake.

Gwydre could access his Power of Destruction through Mana Burst. That was how he inherited his devil characteristics from his father.

For Gyneth, she too inherited the Power of Destruction. However, hers came from the manifestation of her semblance. It allowed her to grow wings—not unlike devil wings—in the form of destruction and even create destructive constructs.

Her particular method of use was to make destructive pipe bombs and throw them at people.

"Hello," Irisviel smiled, greeting her.

"Hi, I'm Gyneth. Are you single?"

"I'm married." Irisviel answered casually.

Follow-up questions, then. Do you know what NTR is? If so, what are your thoughts on it? And lastly, is your husband shitty?"

Irisviel tilted her head and laughed. "Oh my, it seems a child is in need of discipline. As a mother, I'm quite confident in managing a misbehaving child." She said it cheerfully, but there was a slightly dark look in her eyes, the kind that promised consequences if certain behaviors weren't corrected.

However, Gyneth just gulped subconsciously because she felt a tingle in her stomach.

"Mommy? Sorry."

Irisviel narrowed her eyes. "Set me down."

"Yes, ma'am." Gyneth immediately flew down, far enough away for Irisviel not to be in danger.

Gyneth bit her lip as Irisviel wiggled out of her arms. Her eyes trailed downwards, landing on Irisviel's behind.

It only took a moment for Irisviel to notice where she was looking, and her expression darkened considerably again. "If your eyes don't pull up and stay above my shoulders, you're going to be very sorry~" Her tone was still as jovial and carefree as normal, but the look in her eyes made Gyneth shiver again.

She quickly corrected where she was looking as the previous Irisviel returned rather quickly.

"I think I'm in love." She whispered.
