"Luna, I'm with you."
"So, don't be afraid, I know what happened and I know she was the one who started this all. I believe you, I know you are nothing like what they said." Larissa saw Luna's normally sunshine face as she always has this all the time but her eyes look sad, she couldn't ignore it even if others don't see her eyes.
Back in their classroom others would look at Luna as they talk to their friends, words are probably out now about what happened as they gossip about Luna and Keanly. A few minutes later their homeroom teacher came as their first lecture started and everything went smoothly until the end of the lecture when their teacher approached Luna.
"Luna, after school ends today. Why don't you come and see me in the staffroom, I have few words to talk to you about." The teacher had a friendly smile on his face but most of them knew it wasn't going to be good for her.
In break everyone left the classroom to eat their lunch in the cafeteria but unlike the first two days no-one approached Luna or Larissa as they went outside. It was just another peaceful day if one ignored what happened in the morning. Luna didn't go to the cafeteria and went straight outside to walk towards the same tree they visited yesterday and Larissa followed besides her as she didn't want Luna to be alone when she needed her friend to be with her.
"Luna, you want me to come with you inside the teacher staff room so I can explain to him what happened in the morning." Larissa worried as she knew Luna might not try to represent her view and the teacher might have made false judgement of her nature.
"Nahhh, its good, don't worry about it much. Dear, even I don't care about this small stuff that much so you shouldn't either. Just look at the clear blue sky dear. Is it beautiful and soul calming." Luna said as face looked calm and enjoyed the peaceful moment of life.
"Mmm." Larissa likes this side of Luna more but she doesn't want her to feel left out or alone when she needs someone to stand with her. And indeed clear blue sky looks beautiful and soul calming as both of them lay down on the grass as they watch the sky silently.
After school ended in the afternoon everyone left their classroom one by one as they all walked out of the school building, Luna and Larissa were the last ones to leave their classroom as they went to the staff room to meet their homeroom teacher.
"Luna, are you sure? You are the only one who wants to go inside without me?" Larissa asked with concern clearly visible on her face and voice, afraid that Luna might get punished for something she didn't even do.
"You worry a lot dear, nothing will happen to me." Luna said as she put her hands on Larissa's shoulder softly to calm her down. As she put her hands on Larissa's shoulder, Larissa felt her mind start to calm down a little bit as she felt less stress as she watched Luna enter inside the staff room.
"Sir, I'm here." Luna said as she stood behind the their homeroom teacher desk and looked over the staff room full of all the professors inside their high school and some of the students seemed to present at the moment inside just like her for either helping their teachers or for trouble they caused inside the high school.
One of the male students looked at Luna with a smile on his face as he winked at her but his actions caught the female teacher. She looked at Luna's face and then to the boy, she quickly got him to sit on a chair as he seemed to be one of the trouble maker students.
"Luna, why don't you take a seat here." Mr. Jason said as point his finger at the wooden chair beside the desk. Luna nodded her head as sat down on a chair.
"I heard about what happened early in the morning and it wasn't reported by the victim. Your High school days just started hearing incidents like this within just a few days after school started. It isn't good but I didn't want to reach any conclusions without hearing your part of the story first." Mr. Jason with a serious face looks at Luna as bullying students are serious offences here in the academy as students who bully others get expelled.
"No, it was my fault sir. I admit my mistake wholeheartedly, but I promise you nothing like this will ever happen again. I will reflect upon my mistake and change my behaviour." Luna remembers the face of the girl and her name is Keanly as she heard her name from other students talking about the incident.
Professor Jason rubbed his eyes as this matter didn't even need to escalate to this degree as two students just meant things to each other and might have been rude but someone still reported this directly to the principal's office but thank goodness he out of town because of his work and vice principal got this letter on his hand saved from the mess he would have to deal with but now as homeroom teacher of Luna class he personally had to talk to her.
Professor Jason looks at Luna as a better student as she admits her mistake of being rude but not willing to share her part of the story is weird to him. As there has never been a student who didn't share their part of the story, the only thing he can do is pray nothing bad happens as both of these girls let go of this matter.
"Good, now you may go. But remember to try to be more polite with others and don't get into the fight, as it doesn't take much to be polite and kind to one another." Prof. Jason sends Luna back as he has other important things to do than this but he watches as Luna doesn't show any emotions like resentment that's good for him and her too. Luna left the staff room just as she went inside. It didn't take more than a minute.
"Mr. Jason, is she one of the troublemaker students from your class?" Miss Alison asks as she curious about what happened as she watched whole conversation between Luna and Mr. Jason.
"Nothing serious, just two students saying mean things to each other and someone reported the incident as a bullying case." Prof. Jason lowered his head to start focusing on work left on his desk as he has to complete this within two days.
"Kids in today's generation are weak, couldn't we handle such stuff. Even a few words ended up hurting their ego." Fatid aged bald men enter inside the teachers room wearing formal male teacher clothes.
Mr. Jason just nodded his head at professor George words as he is one the most narcissist teachers in the entire high school. Miss Alison started focusing on files on her desk as it's troublesome to deal with these men, it's better to ignore his presence than hit oneself with the brick but without letting him feel ignored.
"I told you Larissa nothing would happen." Luna came out of the teachers room full of smiles as she didn't even think of this as a big issue.
"But..." Larissa looked concerned as it isn't a simple problem, if one gets reported for bullying within the first week of high school.
"But... what... Save these kinds of words for later, I'm damn hungry right now. Let's go to the cafeteria to grab a few packs of chips and cold drinks from vending machines."
Larissa had many questions in her mind to ask Luna but she stopped her from asking any of that, maybe when she gets comfortable talking about herself would be good. On their way back to the cafeteria, the lobby looks empty as most of the students don't stay in the school building after school ends, only a few remain to complete their work or they have nothing else to do.
As Larissa opens the door she is met with an almost empty cafeteria hall except for one or two students sitting quietly and enjoying their food and one of them as a pale girl from her class, whose eyes seem to gloat at her misfortune. She's one of the girls yesterday who said things that got on Luna's nerves but right now she's alone eating ice-cream by herself, not with her other two friends.
Larissa got her name today, Marlene Nightshade from a rich Nightshade family that also explains their behaviour as they act like they're above everyone else. Larissa and Luna completely ignore Marlene as they go to the vending machine.
"Which one should we buy?" Luna asked with confusion as there's lots of flavours for potato chips.
"I'm going to buy cream and onion, you can take your time to think about what you want to eat Luna." Larissa said as she scanned her ID card on the vending machine and got the packet of cream and onion. While Luna couldn't make her mind and looked the whole she saw one boy from her class eating in the corner chips by himself. Luna saw the chips packet its new flavour she didn't tried out before and she made her mind.
"Let's try this new bloody hot pepper and spice." Luna scanned her ID card and grabbed three packets of bloody hot pepper and spice. She put two inside her bag and opened the one as she started eating right away.
"Buying three of them at once without tasting them isn't a good idea. Buy one at first and choose what you usually like for rest." Larissa said as she could tell from the name that, this one is going to be hell lot of spicy.
"Don't worry about it, I love eating spicy food." Luna said to put two packets inside her bag and open one and start eating and start eating out of it while walking.
"You know, we can sit here while you eat or go back to our dormitory then you can eat the rest of them peacefully." Larissa said as it looks a bit awkward to eat while walking.
"Nahh, I'm really hungry and I don't wanna spend a single second here for a moment." Luna said as she looked Marlene causally eating at the table ignoring their existence as they don't even exist though she saw them entering inside. Luna walked out of the cafeteria Larissa followed behind her.
"You know, if you like we can go to lake you been talking about all these time." Larissa said as she hoped this might cheer up Luna's mood as she wanted to go to the small lake they have inside their campus outskirts.
