The two men who had fallen rose to their feet and saw Neon's guards. The guards opened fire, forcing Harold and Lorentz to retreat back into the forest. The guards pursued them, but Harold and Lorentz split up, circling around and striking from different directions until they had defeated their pursuers. Afterward, they slipped behind the house and hid.
Lorentz then asked Harold, "Where exactly is the key kept?" Harold replied, "It's in the room at the back on the second floor." Lorentz said, "I'll hold them off. You go inside and bring the key."
Lorentz fought fiercely downstairs, cutting through the attackers, while Harold rushed inside, retrieved the key, and came back down. They quickly took a jeep parked nearby and drove through the forest. Neon's guards chased them, heading toward the place where their boat was kept. The guards opened fire on the jeep, but Lorentz managed to keep control and drive on. Suddenly, a speeding car approached. From its sunroof, a masked man in strange attire appeared, holding a large sniper rifle. He fired precisely at the jeep's back tire. The jeep flipped and rolled into the forest.
The guards rushed to check, but Harold and Lorentz were no longer inside. The masked man ordered the guards to search. Meanwhile, Ken and the others asked where Harold and Lorentz had gone. Ken could not answer—he only said they were injured and in hiding. Later, Ken explained that to discover who had slain the warrior, they must meet the sage Jaala, as advised by the great minister Bimbisan. The sage possessed the power to see the past and reveal the truth. Hearing this filled Ken with fear.
Soon after, two bloodied figures staggered along the shore—their faces and bodies covered in blood. They were none other than Lorentz and Harold, who had barely escaped. They boarded the boat, but from their heavy bleeding they collapsed unconscious. The boat drifted toward Sentinel Island and struck the shore. They did not know which part of the island they had reached. The Sentinels found them, tied them beneath a tree, and left them there.
After some time, the three companions regained consciousness. Before them, the Sentinel people lit a great fire and danced around it. Their dance was strange and powerful. The language they spoke was unclear, but one thing was understood—they intended to sacrifice Harold and Lorentz. Quietly, Lorentz picked up a sharp stone with his foot, cut their bonds, and freed them. They escaped into the forest. The Sentinels spotted them and shot arrows, but Harold and Lorentz managed to flee deeper into the woods. Though they tried different paths, they eventually reunited.
By nightfall, they reached the shore again. There they saw a massive wall, above which stood a palace and a temple. Lorentz exclaimed, "This is the northern place I once visited. Behind this lies the ship. This is the palace of the Goddess Agnika." They hid behind a tree and watched. On top of the wall stood two women warriors. They were different—their backs bore two wings, allowing them to fly. They soared into the sky and landed again upon the wall. Harold and Lorentz were astonished.
Suddenly, one of the winged women swooped down, seized Lorentz, and carried him away. Harold shouted, but another woman immediately lifted him too. Both were taken to the temple before the palace and thrown down. There, two male warriors also appeared, each with wings on their backs. In fact, everyone there bore wings. They looked almost demonic. Using magical power, they bound Harold and Lorentz and placed them before the assembly.
